She parted her legs as she tugged on his shirt, signaling him to take it off. He obeyed right away. Tracing a bite mark on his shoulder, she bit her lip. Somewhere deep down the need to claim him awoke. The thought of him wearing her mark aroused her.

“I might enjoy biting you,” she confessed.

A groan that didn’t belong to Silas filled the room and she turned her head to Rayen who eagerly watched them both.

“Fuck…We can barely contain ourselves as it is when your cute little teeth scrape over our skin.”

Silas’s fangs pushed past his lips and his eyes turned a deep red. “You’ll be able to make us come without even touching us.”

Amon took her free hand and turned it wrist up, scraping his fangs over the thin skin covering her veins. His eyes shot up to her and for the first time she could see his raw need. His eyes were deep red, burning with desire.

Rayen stepped closer, his fingers brushing up her thigh. He parted her folds and pushed into her hot core while Silas still circled her clit. Her heart was pounding in her chest, her blood boiling and her core’s heat only bearable because of Rayen’s cool finger diving in and out.

“You don’t have to hold back anymore,” she moaned as Silas’s fingers added more pressure to her clit.

“Mhm…” Amon hummed against her skin as his lips trailed up to her elbow.

“Oh little bird, the next few days will be a tease and will feel like forever.”

Rayen kissed her gently before returning to the food. Looking over at Amon she could see that he’d tamed his wild side. His eyes were a delicious chocolate brown again. Silas eased the pressure on her clit and pulled back. She wasn’t upset about it. She knew she would have much more to come.

“How long will it take for me to turn?”

Amon weaved his fingers with hers as he placed one last kiss on her shoulder. “We’re not sure. It depends on your body and how the venom works.”

Running her fingers over Silas’s scars, she tried not to be nervous. She knew this was the right decision, but she was afraid of the pain. It would be worth it. Once the burning fire and agony faded away, her three men would be waiting for her.

Amon

While Gwendoline was sleeping on Silas’s chest, Amon tried to figure out how to ease her turn. He didn’t like the idea of her in pain, but he knew it was the only way to spend forever with her.

“We should bite her all over, help her heart spread the venom faster,” Rayen suggested as he came back in. “I’ll leave tomorrow morning to stock up on blood.”

“Good, we’ll need as much as we can get.”

“Probably even more than that,” Silas chuckled. “She’ll be thirsty.”

“Will we be strong enough to contain her?” Though Rayen was over the moon and excited for Gwendoline’s decision, he also seemed worried.

Amon studied his friend closely. “I believe so. What did you have in mind?”

“Silver.”

A deep threatening growl came from Silas. Since Katoren’s torture, Silas had a deep hate for silver and the burns it could inflict.

“I don’t believe we need it. I think we’ll be strong enough to hold her here,” Amon eased both their worries.

Silas relaxed instantly and whispered into Gwendoline’s hair, “We’ll keep you safe from yourself and others.”

The rest of the night, Amon tried to think of anything else that could ease her pain, but other than being by her side and making the venom spread faster, there was nothing he could think of.

Rayen left early in the morning, hoping he would be back before Gwendoline woke up. As if she’d felt his absence, she opened her eyes only a few minutes after he’d departed the island. It was still early, but the sun was already rising above the ocean. Sitting up, she rubbed her eyes and looked around.

“Rayen left a few minutes ago. He is meeting up with our blood supplier and will be back soon. He didn’t want to wake you,” Amon quickly explained.
