“I want to drink.”

Without hesitation, Rayen bit his wrist and offered it to her. With a grin towards Silas he said, “My turn.”

She circled her hips again as Rayen pressed his wrist against her lips. With one hand, she held his other over her clit, needing him to continue his pleasure strokes while Amon took her other and licked over her wrist. Rayen and Silas both did the same to her neck before all three of them scraped their fangs over her skin.

“I love you,” she gasped before eagerly sucking on Rayen’s wrist again.

“We love you,” they hummed before sinking their fangs into her.

At first, it didn’t hurt but then the venom seemed to drip from their fangs into her bloodstream. It felt like acid coursing through her veins. At the beginning, just where they had bitten her, then it slowly spread with each pump of her heart.

Trying to ignore the awful fire coursing through her entire body, she closed her eyes and sucked harder on Rayen’s wrist. She concentrated on the pleasure sparks that Rayen’s finger and Amon’s dick rubbing against her sweet spot sent through her body.

Her strategy worked until Silas and Rayen’s fangs retracted from her skin. Rayen pulled his wrist away from her and they both leaned down to her thighs, biting her again. The pain radiating from five spots was too much for her to bear and she started screaming.

Amon pulled his fangs back, and she squirmed afraid he would bite her again.

He gently laid his lips over her ear and whispered, “Shhh… gorgeous Gwendoline.” He shifted his weight and laid her on the bed, his hips pinning her down while his pelvis grinded against her. “You are doing good, little bird.”

A shiver ran down her spine as he used Rayen’s pet name for her and she started concentrating on his thrusts again. He tugged on her head until her lips pressed against his neck. Just like that morning, there was a cut from which she started to drink.

Thirty-Two

Silas

While Amon pinned Gwen down and calmed her, Silas placed his lips on her thigh again, this time directly over her artery. She squirmed and tried to escape him, but Amon gently held her down while Silas had a tight grip on her leg.

Sinking his teeth into her, he had to remind himself that she wanted this, and this reaction was normal. No one wanted to get hurt, especially not burned from within. It was her body’s natural reaction. She’d known what she’d asked of them, and he was only giving her what she wanted–what he wanted.

He wanted her to turn so they could be together forever, but he didn’t enjoy hurting her. He’d killed and burned bodies for less than this. He let out a frustrated growl as he sucked her blood and let his venom run free.

When he lifted his gaze, he saw that Rayen felt the same way. He disliked it just as much as Silas, though they both knew this was necessary.

As they placed bites all over Gwen, they listened to Amon’s soothing voice as he guided their little bird through the flames with his praises. He reminded her to drink while he continued to thrust into her, trying to take her mind away the pain.

After she was riddled in bites, her screams were no longer allowing Amon’s soothing voice to cut through the pain. Amon sat up, his face horrified as he looked at Gwen’s body. She was shaking, her nails trying to scrape open her skin.

Amon seemed frozen in shock at what they’d done, so Silas quickly lifted Gwen into his arms. She screamed even louder, her high-pitched shriek piercing his ears. He cradled her and held her arms, attempting to stop her from tearing open her skin. He’d never felt so helpless in his entire life.

Rayen kneeled before him, his face paler than Silas had ever thought possible. He bit his wrist again and ripped his skin open, the blood now squirting out. He held it over Gwen’s lips pressing it against her and muffling her sounds.

“You might suffocate her.” Amon’s voice shook.

“Maybe that will take her pain away.”

“Maybe we shouldn’t have bitten her so much.” Silas now regretted their decision.

“We all know the venom would need to flow through her whole body anyway.” Rayen seemed to be the voice of reason, which seemed ironic in itself.

“Maybe it was too much.” Silas was terrified to lose her.

Rayen loosened his wrist on Gwen’s mouth. Though she was still shaking, and her eyes flickered beneath her eyelids her screams had quieted slightly.

Rayen looked Silas dead in the eye. “There is no such thing as too much, but there is too little. She needs all of it to turn, if not she won’t make the full transition.”

“Fuck!” Silas cradled her tighter.
