“Hey,” I whisper breathlessly when we finally break apart.

“Are you ready to have some fun?” he asks, revving the car engine and I laugh as we drive off.

“You’ve been reading for half an hour,” Hudson reminds me for the fifth time as I flip over to another page.

We’re on the yacht again and he’s becoming more and more distracting every time I decide to read a little more. With us being alone, I’m not sure how much I can pay attention to John Keats anymore.

Hudson paces around behind me until he stops and I can feel his warm fingers gently massage into my shoulders as he hovers above me and it’s so hard to read with him so close.

“I’m almost done,” I say, but I am already moving to Ode To A Grecian Urn.

“You said that fifteen minutes ago,” he whispers as he leans forward and presses his warm lips against my neck.

A sigh escapes my lips and Hudson chuckles softly as he kisses me again and again. He moves his mouth towards the base of my throat and I can feel my heart beating faster. My skin tingles in each delicate spot that he kisses.

“You’re so bad,” I tell him, arching my neck as he begins to gently nibble my skin.

He moves his lips to my ears and whispers, “I never said that I was good.”

I shut the book closed, get up from the table and turn around to find Hudson in just a black pair of board shorts that easily ride low on his waist.

My gaze whispers across his chiselled torso and I can feel the heat in my cheeks grow at seeing him semi-naked for the first time.He just continues to get hotter each time I look at him.

His thin silver medallion is still around his neck and I reach out to feel the tiny engravings on the surface of the small coin.

“It’s beautiful,” I say as he continues to stare down at me.

“Do you want the other one? It came as a set, but I never really had anyone to give it to before.”

I look up at him. His narrow green eyes are mesmerising. “Are you sure?”

“Of course.” He walks over to where his black backpack is on the table and shuffles through it before returning with a small, shiny black bag in his hand.

He reaches into the bag and takes out a silver twin medallion. “Turn around.”

I turn my back to him and lift my hair as he places the cool silver necklace around my neck. Its delicate weight can barely be felt against my skin.

When he’s done putting the clasp on, I leave my hair back down and run my fingers against the medallion. It’s the first personal gift I’ve ever been given by a guy before. Ryan and I always went fifty-fifty on everything and he’d never given me a gift before.

“Thank you,” I say, unsure of what else to say, but Hudson makes that easy decision for us both and simply kisses me on the lips.

“Do you want to go for a swim?” Hudson asks when we break apart.

“Wouldn’t the water be freezing?”

He takes my hand and we walk over to the side of the yacht. The crystal blue water looks cool and inviting as tiny waves lap against the side of the yacht. “Come on, it’ll be fun.”

“Okay,” I agree and grab the edge of my t-shirt before pulling it above my head.

I watch as Hudson’s eyes roam down as my fingers unbutton my shorts and it makes my skin tingle when he stares at me with that look of hunger. His green eyes send shivers down my spine.

While I place my clothes on one of the many white sunbeds, Hudson lowers the ladder on the side of the yacht, before turning back to me and holding his hand out.
