And then it happened. A bout of euphoria waved through my body, crashing like a train wreck.
Thankfully, I didn't scream. I couldn’t because Tanner's mouth was on mine, and our tongues were clashing together before I could make a sound.
My hips bucked as wave after wave of pleasure drove through my body.
As if Tanner knew that was all I needed, he held his hand in place, waiting for me to come down from my high.
I pulled away from him, still too wrecked to open my eyes, but I relaxed against the chair for a second.
When Tanner pulled out of me, I clamped my thighs shut and cringed. Suffice it to say, I was soaked, and no amount of squirming on the seat would make it better.
“We shouldn’t have done that,” I admitted.
His face dropped from pride to disappointment in a second. “Aster. I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have pushed you.”
I shook my head, grabbing his hand. “No. No. Not because of that. But because I can’t focus on studying now.” I hated to admit it since I was his tutor first, and girlfriend second, but there was no way I could comfortably sit here. Wet and wanting. “Shall we go to my place? I think I’ll be able to concentrate if I change.”
He raised a brow. “Do you think I’ll be able to concentrate after watching you change?”
I slapped him on the chest. “I’ll change in the bathroom. Then we can study.”
“You sure Thea won’t kill me for showing up?”
I shrugged my shoulders. “Better than me navigating a house full of jocks.”
“Okay, but what about dinner? I could order us some after we finish.”
“Sounds like a plan.”
“And then maybe I could stay for dessert?”
“What does dessert entail?” I knocked my shoulders a little closer to him.
“Guess you’ll have to wait to find out.”
Chapter 15
“Tanner.” Aster smacked me on my pec. “Your phone is going off.” She didn’t move from my chest, not that I wanted her to, but it made it very difficult to actually get to the phone to turn the alarm off.
When I tried to wrestle out of Aster’s hold, she clutched onto me and groaned. I blew out a laugh before placing a small kiss on the top of her forehead, stroking her hair. “I can’t turn it off if you don’t let me move, Teach.”
With her eyes still closed, she grumbled a little before finally moving just enough that I could reach over and turn my alarm off. It was five am on a Wednesday and for the first time in my life; I didn’t want to go to the gym. I wanted to stay right here, with my skin sticking to Aster’s.
I have no idea how we studied last night, but somehow, Aster showed enough restraint to not let me touch her until I finished explaining Chapter Nine of my economics book and had dinner. She made me wait, and somehow that helped me with explaining my economic theory.
Her breath grazed across my bare skin, and although we hadn’t gone all the way last night, or done anything more than we’d already tried, we didn’t need to. With Aster, it didn’t feel like I needed to rush, because being with her had become more than I’d ever thought I wanted.
She was perfect.
Even with the angry snarl she was giving me this morning.
Finally, she moved enough that I could reach over and check my phone. She groaned a little louder when I rolled onto my side, forcing her back onto the bed. “Why on earth are you setting alarms this early, anyway?” She grabbed another pillow and shoved it over her face and curled her body in the opposite direction. As if that would stop me from getting to her.
I wrapped my arms around her naked waist and left kisses on her shoulder. She giggled, sighing into my touch, and I couldn’t deny how good this whole thing felt.
“I’m supposed to be at the gym in twenty minutes.”
