She sniffles, her eyes conflicted, before she nods in agreement, and I sigh in relief. Leaning forward, I hug her and say, "You're the best mom; don't forget that." She nods against my shoulder before I lean back and wipe her eyes. My friend deserves happiness, and so does her little girl.

I'll do everything I can to help her gain it.

A little while later, I'm leaving Mr. Blaze's room after doing his observations when my phone vibrates. I pull it out, knowing it'll only be one person, and a grin lights up my face when I see a picture of us from our first date show on my screen before I answer.

"Hey, you."

I hear the smile in his voice: "You're still mad at me, Precious."

I hum; he's lucky he still has his balls.

Over the past month, he's come up with excuses to keep me at his. He even went to my apartment to grab some of my clothes before suddenly, more of my things showed up at his big, light blue Victorian house behind the clubhouse. Bit by bit, all of my clothes filled the other side of his closet in his master room. Then my little trinkets filled the black dresser before mykitchen equipment filled his cream and gray kitchen, which has got to be a chef's dream.

The fucker had moved me in bit by bit, then let go of my apartment without consulting me first. I finally confronted him last night, and he tried to act innocent. I didn't get a chance to shout when he admitted to letting my apartment go because he distracted me. His body is very mesmerizing, and don't get me started on his tongue; it would have distracted anyone, so don't judge me.

"Precious, admit it, you love living with me, plus you're my old lady; you should have known I wouldn't let you go once I had you in our home."

I smile wide, 'our home,' this man.

I shake my head. "You're lucky I love you, Trav."

He hums, "Not as much as I love you, baby."

I grin wide before I see the back of Meghan's head, our conversation from lunch coming back, and I clear my throat. "Hey, Trav, can I ask you something?"

"Anything, baby, but it'll have to be quick. I've got to get going on the run in a minute; that's why I called. I'll be back in probably with the stop nine hours just as you finish your shift."

I smile again, loving how he always keeps me updated.

I'm so proud of him; despite his brothers not investigating his 'stories' growing up, he's still trying to be a brother to them. He still talks about possibly moving away from the clubhouse, which everyone is still panicky over, especially Stormy, Ink, and Axel, but I'm still trying to work on his forgiveness and convince him to stay.

Even if it takes a while, they're still his family.

I clear my throat. "Do you, uh, know a brother called Noah? He's roughly 30 years old and does a run to Wincher."

"yeah Precious I know a Noah," he chuckles, and hope builds in my chest. "So do you. We're the only club that does the run to Wincher; it's where I'm off to now."

My eyes widen, and I grin wide. "Really?"

He chuckles, "Yeah, baby, it's..."

He's cut off when someone shouts his name.

"Fuck, I've got to go, baby. I'll message you when we leave Wincher."

"But.." I need the brothers' names. Yes, I can tell Meghan Lilah's father is a part of the Untamed Hell Fires, but I want to selfishly know which one it is.

"We'll talk when I return; I promise you can tell me why you want to know as well."

I smile and say, "Okay, thank you, Trav."

"Always, baby, I love you."

I grin wide. "I love you too."

He hangs up, and I look up while putting my phone back into my pocket, still seeing Meghan near the nurse's desk, and I rush over to her, grinning. I bump into her back, causing her to gasp, before I wrap my arms around her, squeezing her tightly.

She turns when I let her go, smiling at me and saying, "Someone's happy."
