I nod as my cheek burns. Now, I’m supposed to sleep with a huge gray nogzul through the night. A nogzul who sends flutters into my stomach.

He takes off his suit jacket. I point at my rotating chair for him to put it. He reaches for the buttons on his shirt. He undoes a few of them, revealing his muscular chest. I wasn’t expecting him to be this strong and hulky. The suit hid some of that. But...

He stops when there are two buttons left. “Ah, sorry about that. I’m used to getting out of work clothes for the night. I don’t suppose you have clothes for me to change into?”

I don’t. I suppose I can ask my father or my brother, but Yuhan is a larger male and those clothes won’t fit him. “The suit and the shirt don’t look too comfortable.”

He looks at me as if he is expecting me to tell him to button up again and sleep in his shirt.

I swallow. “It’s okay. You can walk around half naked.” My eyes drift down to his trousers. Um... That doesn’t look too comfortable either, but...

He lets out a soft chuckle as he puts his shirt to the side. “I’m sorry about that. I thought I’d get to use the pajamas in the hotel, and I didn’t bring luggage like beings usually do when they go visit another place.”

I shrug, but I can’t pull my eyes away from his perfectly sculpted body. I think I won’t mind if he walks around in boxers.

He stares at his trousers. “About this...”

“We’re supposed to be dating, so I guess it doesn’t matter.”

That’s what I said, but when I watch him take off his trousers—

Fuck... Why am I staring at him when he does that?

My cheek burns, but I can’t make myself stop. He makes for a great scene with that body.

He clears his throat. He must have caught me staring. “Like what you’re seeing?”

I look away. “Yes? I don’t mean to stare. I’m sorry about that.”

He and I are here to pretend to be dating, and there’s no one watching us. There’s no reason I should look at him like that.

But there is a pull inside me that urges me to hug him and let him hold me. “You’re a lot more muscular than I expected.”

He glances at his stomach and pinches it. “I think the food doesn’t help with looking sculpted.” He flexes and his bulging muscles become even more apparent. “I’d look even leaner if there’s not that much food.”

“Do all nogzuls look like you?”

“What do you mean?”

I gesture at him, trying to not spell that out. It must be weird to get asked about that.

He says, “With muscles? Putting in the work is the key.”

“Hmm...”

I suck in a deep breath. I think I won’t be able to sleep for reasons more than a full stomach.

He comes over to me and cups my cheek. “I’ve never been this close to a human.”

“So? What are you going to do about it?”

He grunts. “Well, nothing? What should I do about that?”

Oh...

He heads to the bed, but stops before he climbs on it. “You get in first, just so I won’t bump you off the bed.”

I get onto the bed, trying to not take up all the space. My bed is in the corner of the room, so I can stick to the wall and won’t fall off. “Here you go.”
