“There, there, have another drink. We’re here to forget all of our worries,” Leo reminds me, putting his bottle up near me for a little clink. “Let’s just pretend we both don’t have family members that we’re more than slightly irritated by right now.”

I shrug at his words, clinking my glass against his drink, then take another sip. He’s right. I’m not going to ignore this problem forever, of course, but it’s nice to just let loose for a night before facing all of my problems tomorrow. With just that thought, I’m urged to down the entire drink as I feel some of my frustration bubbling up once more. As I finish, I set the glass back on the table.

“Let’s go to the next bar!” I cheer to Leo as I get up and sling my purse around my shoulder.

Okay, we’re already really tipsy after leaving this bar, but as we walk down the well-lit street of the higher-end area of Manila, I just have this lingering feeling that neither of us really want to stop right now. I glance at Leo quickly, confirming if he’s up for more, and he only really shrugs, letting me decide. As he does, a sweat droplet runs down his temple. It really is intensely hot tonight, and the alcohol coursing through our veins isn’t helping. Then there’s the issue of the sweat making Leo’s shirt just a little translucent. I can make out the outline of his pecs and I’m actually heating up with everything happening right now, but goddamn it, the night is still young.

And so, Leo and I continue on and enjoy the night. I realize I’m having so much fun with him and if I think about it, Leo’s probably the American friend I’ve had the longest. I didn't meet Cody right away and while yes, our "friendship" has been purely work, I don’t think that should erase everything we did together. We took flights to various shooting locations, we talked about films a lot, and we just spent a lot of quiet time together. While it doesn’t seem like much, it feels enough for me. I’ve never had much in my life, and I’m not about to be picky with what I've been given in this lifetime.

With all that running, no, swirling, through my head, I start to have an idea as we wait for our driver. Who, I might tell you, is taking a really long time. In the corner of my eye, I spot a jeepney about to be stopped by a red light. A jeepney is a colorful, often hand-painted, casual kind of bus, getting its name from the car it used to be. Even though I’m drunk, I’m still sober enough to know that it will stop near our hotel.

“What’s taking so long? Hey! Where are we going? I thought we’re done for tonight.” Leo’s surprised voice is like music to my ears as I grab his hand and pull him toward the jeepney.

“Who needs a driver? We have jeepneys here in Manila!” I yell into the night sky, and I’ve never felt so free. I even start giggling as we approach the jeepney, and I hop on the back without any issues even if I’m wearing heels. I guess I still got it. We find a comfortable spot and start to sit down. It just so happens that the jeepney also starts to accelerate, throwing our already drunk asses off-balance.

“Whoa!” I yelp as my body lands on Leo. He catches me effortlessly and his finger tips sear the skin on my hips, even through the fabric of my dress.

“Careful. You okay?” Leo asks as he sets me straight, but I can tell he’s a bit more concerned about the public transport he got dragged on.

“You don’t happen to have any coins for the jeepney driver, do you?” I am aware that’s a silly thing to ask a billionaire, but I’m just happy he’s getting to experience the Filipino commuter routine first-hand. Leo reaches into his pocket and we peer through the low-light, trying to put our fare together. The bumpy ride makes our hands and bodies collide more than once. Can't say I mind it.

Leo’s body language is a bit stiff from this new experience, but eventually he settles in as the open air blows through his hair and helps to cool his body down. He closes his eyes as the wind of the night envelops his handsome face, and I smile as I analyze every facet of it. His face glistens a bit with the sweat drying from it, and his hair billows so softly against the wind. The way his eyelashes gently caress the top of his cheek is mesmerizing, and the way his lips are a bit swollen from the humidity and alcohol is… tempting. Slowly, his electrifying green eyes open and catch me staring at him, but I can’t look away. Not now when I’m easily lost in the forest of his eyes. I don’t know if it’s the alcohol or the soft gentle breeze, but I just feel…alive. And wanting.

The wind starts to blow a little too hard on my hair, but before I can get it out of my face, Leo’s hand has already brushed it out of the way, letting me have a full view of his billion-dollar smile. My cheeks immediately flush as I notice his eyes looking down at my lips, but before we can go any further, the surroundings start to look familiar, and I ask for the jeepney driver to stop.

Leo and I jump off the vehicle and slowly walk back to the hotel. As we get on the elevator, I can feel nothing but his presence. I can’t see it, but I can feel his fingers tapping against his thigh as we wait for the elevator to zoom to our floor. As it dings and the doors slide open, I start to walk him back to his room, still not uttering a single word.

We stand by his door, not doing anything, but I can feel his gaze piercing right through me. “So… what now?” I dare to ask, and I don’t even know what’s come over me. I know what I should do. I should just say goodnight and go back to my room, but I just… I don't seem to want to do that.

Leo’s mouth tugs up to a smirk as he closes the distance between us, and I just stand there and let him invade my personal space. “We could go back to the way we were before,” he says, voice deep and husky, firing me up even more. “Or… we can just forget about everything else one more time tonight?”

I look up at him, and immediately, it’s a mistake, because I’m drawn in by how his usually bright hazel eyes have now turned into a dark and smoky green.

“Then make me forget,” I challenge him. Before I can brace for the impact, I feel his lips against mine and his hand gently pulling me toward him as it rests on the back of my head.

He backs away slightly, looking at me for confirmation that we should continue, and all I do is nod. His lips are on mine again and he’s pulling me through the door to his room. Leo’s hands are everywhere at once, skimming my collarbone, moving down to grip my hips firmly, slipping behind and digging into the flesh of my ass.

His lips drift to my neck as he slips the straps of my dress from my shoulders, tugging it down my body.

All the while, my brain can’t believe this is happening. Leo Camden’s lips are on my body and his hands are roaming my skin like he can’t get enough.

I’m not a complete angel. I never claim to have been, nor will I ever claim to be. I've always been attracted to my boss. It’s impossible to not be with how drop dead gorgeous he is, not to mention his undying passion for his business and his craft. I’ve just never acted on it because I value my job, and it was seriously off-limits with me being just his lowly assistant. But now… with everything hitting the fan, it’s all just chaotic. It’s a bit hilarious how the only refuge I feel from all the shit that happened today, is in his arms.

"How about we take a shower to rinse off?" Leo suggests, a little dreamily. I couldn't agree more.

He takes me by the hand and we head toward the shower. He catches me in another deep kiss once he turns the shower on, his hands still exploring, rubbing up and down my arms and pulling me close to him. I only have my underwear on, but his kisses work their way downwards where his teeth grab my underwear. His constant eye contact with me is getting me all crazy, as I step out of my panties. He stands up, grabs me in another deep kiss as he starts to take off his clothes. I frantically help him with his shirt, pulling it off him and throwing it in to the corner. I return the favor and dot my kisses around his chest as he moans in the most perfect fucking way. I open the button and zipper on his jeans.

My hands roam between his jeans and underwear and I push the jeans down. He kicks them off and lets me get my hands between his underwear and his skin. I let them rest there for a few deep kisses. We can't get enough. His tongue is searching and twisting around mine. I can taste the alcohol we have consumed through the night, and I just want to drink it all again.

When I push down his underwear, his dick springs delightfully out. Oh my god, his is the dick of my dreams. It's long and hard and smooth and…

Leo leads me to the shower and we step in, letting the warm water wash the humidity and dust of Manila away. Our kisses stay passionate and hungry. Leo takes one of my legs and props it up on a low shaving shelf they put in all these high end showers. And then his fingers… he slides his hand that has been cupping my breast, down between my legs. He searches my folds and finds my hot center. I gasp and he catches my mouth in his, sliding in his tongue the same way he slides in his finger. Then two. My breathing increases and I feel like I'm going to combust.

His fingers start to thrust in me. In and out and god, I'm going to lose it.

"You're so hot and wet," Leo whispers in my ear. "I want you so bad."

I look in his eyes because I want him too and tell him through a kiss, after which I move my mouth to his ear.
