There is a slam of the entry door.
Laughter.
Franklin’s eyes dart to my bedroom door.
“It’s my roommate. Prepare yourself.”
“For what?”
Lily’s door slams. There’s more laughter, and Franklin stares at me.
“Lily only comes home to…” I shrug. “You’ll see.”
