Keys reaches across me to stroke Bunny’s cheek. “We’re here for you, Bun.”

“I love you guys.” Bunny hugs each of us, an awkward task that ends in elbowed ribs and giggles. “I mean it, though. I love all of you so much. I never thought I’d have a real family. I thought Mark and Sun Yi had ruined that for me. Thanks for showing me what it can be like.”

“I should be thanking you guys, too,” I say. “If it wasn’t for Keys talking me into going out for a night on the town, I never would’ve met any of you. Not for real, that is.”

“Totally selfish motives,” Keys says, nuzzling my neck from behind. “I can’t very well schmooze my way into your pants through a computer screen, now, can I? Not for real, that is.” He nips my earlobe and scoots closer, though I note he’s not angling for sex. His tone is playful, but his cock remains as limp as I was for my first time. Now that our relationship is more secure, Keys doesn’t focus as much on the sexual aspect of it.

Doc yawns and reaches for the lamp on his side of the bed, turning off the lights and plunging us into darkness. Only the lights of Summer City illuminate our room through the glass balcony doors and windows.

“Night John Boy,” he says before drifting into a light snore.

Kendrick kisses his forehead. “Night, Jefferson.” He puts his big hand on Bunny’s belly, and I lay mine on top of it, threading our fingers together. Keys slides an arm under me and takes my free hand in his, holding it over my heart.

As I lie there in the dark listening to the slow, even breathing of my partners, I think back on how this all started.

A friendly dare.

One night at Club Viper.

And it changed my life in all the best ways.

The End
