Logan finally relaxed in his hold, his body shuddering and twitching with aftershocks of pleasure.

Their ragged breathing filled the room as they gazed at one another in the aftermath of their sensual act.

A sultry smile tilted Logan’s mouth. “That was incredible.”

A wave of shyness danced through Miles and warmed his face. “Really?”

“Yes.” Logan chuckled and kissed him. “And I don’t think I’ll ever tire of that look.”

“What look?” Miles mumbled.

Logan grinned and nipped at his throat. “One that says you very much want this big, bad wolf to lick you all over and eat you.”

Miles sucked in air, vacillating between mortification and heady anticipation. Mortification won.

“You’re—you’re terrible!”

Logan laughed at his outraged tone. He leaned back and cocked his head to the side. “So, how was it, Mr. Martinez? Did you enjoy your first non-solo handjob?”

Miles shivered and bit his lip when Logan danced a knuckle down his spent cock. He looked down at the mess they’d made.

“I think the evidence speaks for itself,” he said tartly.

Logan stared before snorting. Miles’s mouth pressed to a thin line.

“Alright, I’ll stop teasing.” Logan gave him a kiss that made his entire body tingle. “How about we go clean up and grab breakfast? There’s this great little diner I know not far from here.”

CHAPTER11

Logan cameout of his house with Pepper on Friday evening and headed across the road. Lights blazed on the first floor of Miles’s home and in a couple of the upstairs windows.

Butterflies swarmed Logan’s stomach as he climbed the steps to the porch. He couldn’t believe how on edge he was.

Then again, I’ve never been this serious about a man before.

The way Logan felt toward Miles should have unnerved him. It had been just over two weeks since they’d met. Yet, he couldn’t recall being this attracted to another person in his entire life and that included the woman he’d married.

It wasn’t just Miles’s good looks that had enthralled Logan. He was fascinated by the man himself. Miles had an innocence and a sweetness about him that made Logan want to watch over him. But he also had a strength of will that Logan couldn’t help but admire and a sensual side that he loved discovering.

Miles Martinez was an enchanting gift Logan had never expected to find in Twilight Falls and he wanted to unwrap him and get to know him inside and out.

Pepper woofed impatiently as he checked his clothes one last time and pressed the doorbell.

Miles’s voice reached him faintly. “Coming!”

Logan’s mind was instantly filled with the memory of how Miles had looked when he’d come apart in his arms last Sunday. He cursed under his breath.

Tonight was a first for Miles and he wanted to make sure it was perfect.

His best laid plans flew right out of his head when the door opened.

Logan stared.

Shit. I don’t think I’m going to survive the next few hours.

Miles looked like he’d come straight from a catwalk where he stood in his hallway. He was dressed in olive chinos, a light grey dress shirt that brought out the color of his eyes, a navy blazer, and brown leather shoes. A nervous look skittered across his face before he smiled tentatively at Logan, his expensive aftershave tickling Logan’s nostrils.

“Hey.” Miles’s gaze dropped. His eyes widened. “You—you brought flowers?!” he stammered.
