“What? You’re kidding, right?” I am in shock right now.
“I just never found a guy I wanted to give it up to.” She shrugs her shoulders. “I mean, I have…you know…for myself, but I just didn’t go there with a guy.”
“Oh, OK, so we need to get this male to see your worth.”
“What? No! There is no worth in being a virgin at my age. I am not Victoria!” We both giggle at our friend’s purity culture attitudes.
“So, what do you want?” I ask.
“I want him to see me,” she whispers. “Not just be a biological urge. I need to be loved. Am I crazy? To expect this. I know your Captain mentioned that we women would need mates, but why this guy for me.”
“I don’t know why, but Tet and Tan have changed much of their attitude for me,” I say to her. “I guess, we have gotten to know each other and, well, I love them.”
We love you too, Both of my mates respond.
“Don’t make me come out there and hit you two assholes!” I scream. “I may love you, but you will see what happens when you piss me off!”
Sorry for intruding, my heart, Tet responds. If it makes you feel better, we are explaining to the Senior Council that he might want to take a gentler track with your friend.
Yeah, well. You had a learning curve too. I have a smirk on my face.
“So, you have a telepathic link with your guys.” She looks at me.
“Yep. It makes private conversations a bit of a problem.” Then I smile wickedly. “Their mother gave me ways to get back at them.” I start thinking of what I would do to the pair of them when our guests leave… Oh, yeah…I feel them both responding to those naughty thoughts of mine
My heart, you are an evil female! We are with the Senior Council. This is so inappropriate. Tan is pleading with me.
I feel Tet’s humor at the situation. Just wait until we get you alone, my heart. You will feel the consequences of your thoughts.

It is, my heart, it most definitely is. I feel Tet block me as he turns his attention to our esteemed guest.
I tell Yaretzi to stay strong and make sure her male figures out that she isn’t some passive female. I just hope she is able to bring that male to her way of thinking. I think she will be happy with the big lug if he just stops with all the stuffy idiocy that seems to be more common with these guys. I know that I have my mates where I want them.
After a while, the Senior Council and my friend said their goodbyes and left us for our evening. I think I am feeling a lot better after my adventures, but I just want to head to bed after some dinner or so my stomach tells me…loudly.
Come, my heart. Tan gets my attention. We need to feed you. I can hear your stomach growling.
You shouldn’t mention that, I tell him. It isn’t polite to mention body noises to a lady.
Tan smirks. And you are a lady. My lady…my mate. His mate, I like that. Despite all my bluster and handwringing. I really do love these guys. Not just in love, but I love them. I have never felt like this before. My mates lead me to the table and, sitting on each side of me, start to feed me bits and pieces of the food on the table in the dining area of the living space.
“I think I can feed myself, gentlemen.” I tell them in between bites of the delicious food.
“It is our duty to feed our precious mate, my heart,” Tet replies.
Tan leans forward and starts nibbling on my neck. Hmmm, that feels good. I really need to stop him but ohhhh that feels lovely. “Tan, my love. Please.” I mumble. “Not now, please let me have the time I asked for.”
He sits up and gives a hot and hungry look that belies the, Yes, my heart. he sends me. We finish our dinner in a soft quiet. I am so tired and my eyes are heavy. Tet gently lifts from the chair and carries me to our bedroom. The two of them work together to undress me and put me into the center of the bed and I fall asleep as they slip under the covers with me.
Chapter Thirty-Two
Tet
I wake up to my mate stabbing me in the stomach with her knee as she tries to climb over. “Oooomph!” comes out of my mouth involuntarily.
“Sorry, Tet.” She finishes her slide over me. “I gotta go.”
