I stare intently as the needle pierces her flesh, unyielding in my resolve and with a purposeful thrust, I inject a small amount of acid into her fingertip, indifferent to the agony that follows.

A piercing scream escapes her lips as the searing pain takes hold. Her face contorts in anguish, her body writhing against the restraints.

The acidic solution begins its relentless journey coursing through her veins, propelled by her heart. It is not a lethal dose, but it’ll hurt like hell.

A cold smirk curls at the corners of my lips, undeterred by her feeble threat. I lean in closer, my voice dripping with disdain. “She would,” I nod my head in agreement as her shrill cries echo throughout the room, “But she won’t ever learn what happened to you.”

After a few minutes, it becomes apparent that the acidic torment has taken its toll. Her screams gradually subside, replaced by labored breaths and the eventual loss of consciousness.

I frown.

This won’t do.

Smacking her cheek a few times, she jerks awake and groans hoarsely. “M-make it, s-stop p-pl-please.” Her skin flushes and I watch her tremble as the acid burns its way through her body.

A smirk tugs at the corner of my lips and I shake my head, “This only ends with your death, Dolly. I have years of pain to inflict on you in the coming days.”

Her eyes flutter before they weakly meet mine. Her blond hair clings wetly to her cheeks, and her pale skin has taken on a fiery red hue.

I hum to myself, picking up two four-inch nails from the table and walking over to the small stove in the corner of the room. Twisting the knob, a flame bursts to life, and I carefully position the nails in the fiery heat.

A whimper sounds from the other side of the room and I grin. She knows what’s coming.

“Please.” Her hushed voice is barely audible as she pleads.

Her desperate pleas go unheard, her words lost on deaf ears. She dug her own grave when I was young.

Hell, in all likelihood she dug it long before that.

No, if anything, her begging simply makes me enjoy this more.

My hand grips the nail firmly with a pair of metal tongs as I make my way back to the table, the hammer already in my other hand.

Her eyes widen and her screams pierce through the air, bouncing off the soundproof walls around us.

“I don’t think I need to say this one will hurt, right?” I cock my head to the side, smirking as I ask her, “Actually, I guess I just did.” I add with a chuckle before pressing the tip against her thigh. As a brutal sizzling sound echoes through the room, and I decide in that moment to forego a quick insertion. I hold the head of the hammer against the top of the nail and press in slowly, using steady pressure as the metal digs deep into her thigh.

Her face contorts and her jaw drops open in a silent scream while tears stream down her cheeks. Without a word, I retrieve the second nail, mirroring the placement to her other thigh.

Dolly’s eyes roll to the back of her head, and she goes limp, eliciting an exasperated sigh from me.

This will be a long few days if she keeps passing out.

Grabbing a syringe off the table, I jab it in her hip and inject the liquid into her body. It’s not a high dose of adrenaline, but enough to bring her to consciousness again.

Within moments, she gasps for air and emits a pained groan, her gaze darting around frantically before finally settling on me. “You’re sick.” She growls, and I shake my head.

“I’m a product of your decisions, Dolly. You simply weren’t prepared to meet the consequences of your actions, and I mean that in the most literal sense.”

Dolly whimpers again as I drag over two long wires from the wall, cautious not to touch the metal and risk electrocuting myself. I hook one wire to the head of the nail protruding from her leg, securing it with an electrical grade clamp before moving to the other.

“Please,” she whispers desperately. I lock eyes with her and give a slight nod.

“Alright, I’ll release you,” I respond.

Her eyes widen with hope, and she nervously licks her lips. “R-really?”

A mischievous grin slowly spreads across my face as I let out a snort. “Absolutely not.”
