I’m determined to keep the positivity, but this environment isn’t much for accommodating that, is it?

By the time Jayden shows up, I’ve already memorized his schedule and sent out every email I’m due to send for the morning.

“You have a meeting in thirty minutes, sir,” I say as soon as I step into his office.

“Okay, make sure everyone is in the conference room before I get there, will you?”

His back is turned to me as he takes off his jacket in finesse.

I nod.

“Yourself included.”

I do as he says, and while we all wait at the conference room, he doesn't show up for fifteen minutes.

Everyone taps their feet impatiently until his arrival.

I have to stand because there’s nowhere for me to sit.

As the meeting commences, I can’t help but be captivated by Jayden’s commanding presence.

Seated at the head of the polished mahogany table, he exudes an air of confidence and authority that fills the room, causing everyone else to sit up right.

I watch in admiration as he begins to speak.

His words are a symphony of eloquence and strategic insight.

Each sentence is carefully crafted, evidence of his expertise and years of experience. It’s clear that every word holds weight, but it isn’t just the words. It’s the way he carries himself.

His posture is impeccable, his gestures purposeful and controlled.

His eyes, sharp and discerning, scan the room as though he can see into the future, anticipating challenges and opportunities that others have yet to grasp.

At this moment, I feel a swell of pride in being a part of the meeting and the company as a whole.

It certainly isn't called the best for nothing. These people know their coins, the boss especially.

I admire how he commands the room with a calm demeanor, never raising his voice but still leaving no doubt that he is in command.

There is a level of difference between this Jayden and the Jayden I met at the club.

How can one person embody so much personality?

He could literally fit in and adapt to any environment you place him in.

“As we move forward,” he says, his voice steady and resolute, “Let us remember that our success is not measured by numbers alone, but by the people who make this organization what it’s.”

He pauses.

His gaze sweeps the room, acknowledging each team member with a nod of appreciation.

“In the end,” he continues, “I have great confidence in this team, and I look forward to the remarkable achievements that lie ahead.”

With these final words, he concludes the meeting, leaving the room filled with a renewed sense of purpose, at least for me.

Listening to Jayden and watching him in such a formal setting almost made me forget how cruel he has been to me since I arrived.

There are too many sides to this man, and I wonder how I’m supposed to keep up.
