Page 100 of Knot for You

One day we’d have a place, all of us together that would be made for us. Then, she’d have a proper nest. Though, I’d always remember this one. I’d always remember her and how stunning she looked when she came on my knot and how she felt wrapped around me, sucking the life out of me.

And I didn’t care one bit if she truly did.

For the past few days, it was a constant cycle of her sleeping or needing us so completely that it was impossible to think of anything else except how we could knot her again and again and again…

We didn’t have to worry about practice or school or getting any homework done. There was only one thing that mattered during this heat.

Her.

The bond she created between us all sang in my chest as if in a reminder that she was officially ours. I never knew what itmeant before, and to be honest, I was pretty sure that we all had a hell of a long way to go before we could be considered an award-winning pack off the ice, but we would for her. For us. We had to.

We had an omega.

I wanted to smile to myself, but I was too tired. So, I only admired.

Vera blinked twice through blurry eyes as she roused, the omega whine was harsh sounding in her scraped throat from how hard she’d been crying out with each round of pleasure. She rolled over towards Jacob. I caught her pulling her out of the puppy pile they created.

Though Jacob wouldn’t mind being woken up by a needy omega and it had happened more than a few times in the past few days, claiming he wasn’t exhausted in the least, the dark circles under his eyes told a different story.

Vera stuffed her face into the center of my chest, marking me with her scent up towards my neck. “Alpha.”

“You got it, omega,” I whispered so that I didn’t wake up the others. “Will you drink some water for me?”

“Need you.”

“Water first.”

“Please, alpha.”

Pride surged through me. This was my omega calling me alpha.

“Please?” I asked right back. “Please, water first?”

Still looking as if she was half asleep, her bottom lip pouted. I smirked as I reached for the water cup, this time with a straw. The last time we managed to get her to accept a little bit of water she ended up spilling it all over herself. Her hands shook from the dehydration.

We could not let it get so bad again.

I refused to let it. This time, she sighed but took a long gulp.

“Ah,” she sighed when she finished.

“More?”

Vera shook her head.

I looked behind me where snacks were also spread out. So far it was hard to get anything into her once she was fully lost to her heat. I always heard that tending to an omega was hard. It was in an alpha’s biology to do it, but it didn’t mean that it wasn’t a delightful sort of challenge.

Unwrapping a protein bar, I tore it into little pieces. “Hungry?”

“Mmm.”

I wasn’t sure what that meant, but the fact she wasn’t actively shoving me away meant that we had a chance here. I lifted a bite of bar coated in chocolate up to her. She opened her mouth and I placed it inside. Slowly she chewed.

I smirked, giving her another few bites until she was nearly done with the entire bar. A pulse of pride surged through me, both for her and myself. “Are you still hungry?” I asked.

She hummed, reaching for my hand. Before I realized what she was doing, she dipped my fingers into her mouth, licking where the chocolate melted. I watched as her tongue tasted my skin before she moved over top of me, pushing until my back met the soft comforter beneath us.

I narrowed my eyes up at her. “I’ll take that as a yes.”
