I’m dazed, but once Rex leaves the bathroom, I manage to right myself. I smooth down my blonde hair and give myself a final once over in the mirror.

I’m just going to have to get used to mind-blowing, disorienting orgasms,I think with a wry smile.

When I emerge from the bathroom, Rex is waiting on his sofa for me. He immediately jumps from his seat.

“Ready?” He asks, eyeing me up and down. “You look beautiful.”

“Don’t get anymore ideas,” I laugh.

Rex grins impishly as he offers me his elbow to escort me down to the garage. Rex is going to give me a ride to meet Bianca at the coffee shop.

“So, remember our agreement?” Rex asks, gently placing the motorcycle helmet on my head. His green eyes stare into mine and I nod.

“If y’all go anywhere, just text your location. We just want to keep you safe,” Rex says.

“I know. I will.”

Rex kisses me gently, but I still feel butterflies in my stomach. I feel warm between my legs even though Rex wasjustinside of me.

These men,I think, as Rex helps me onto the back of his bike.I just can’t get enough of them.

“Are you ready?” Rex asks.

“Yes!”

Rex turns the key in the ignition before he straddles the bike in front of me. He kicks the starter, and the engine roars to life. When Rex settles into the seat, I wrap my arms around his waist. I can breathe him in and Rex smells like a heavenly mixture of gasoline and leather.

The bike springs forward and I squeal with delight. I love the feeling of the wind in my hair. I love feeling the rumble of horsepower between my legs. I can't believe I'm doing it, but I love to ride.

It’s a brief trip to the coffee shop, nestled in the center of downtown in our sleepy Southern city. Rex swings his bike into a nonexistent parking space right in front of the coffee shop’s huge storefront windows.

Rex cuts off the engine and his hands are around my waist, helping me off the bike. He gently unstraps the helmet and lifts it from my head, finishing with a gentle kiss on my lips.

“Sure you don’t want me to come inside?” Rex is flashing a devilish grin.

I’m tempted, but my eyes move to the coffeeshop’s immense windows. I spot Bianca, sitting at a table, and her big brown eyes are as large as saucers.

“Next time,” I promise, smiling back. I’m sure I’ve already given Bianca enough of a shock.

Rex flashes me another megawatt smile before circling his hands around my waist. His kiss is passionate. He doesn’t care if the entire coffee shop is watching out of the storefront windows.

“Have fun, Goldie,” Rex breathes once we have finally pulled ourselves apart. He leans against his bike to watch me walk inside.

I canfeelRex’s eyes on me and it increases my confidence. The love of these men has strengthened me and the stylish new fits have made me feel bold. I’m strutting inside. I swing open the door.

Bianca’s sitting at our usual table, right in front of the window. She’s still wide-eyed and her perfectly painted mouth is hanging open. When I stride up to the table, she quickly hops out of her seat.

“Mary!” Bianca cries, winding her slender arms around my neck. She smells like her usual expensive perfume but it’s more overpowering than I remember.

“B,” I reply and I hug her right back.

When she pulls away, Bianca holds me at arm's length by my elbows. She inspects my outfit, looking me up and down.

“You look like a whole new person,” Bianca says, but there’s a hint of dismay in her voice. She scrunches her perfect nose, as if in disgust. “You look…like a biker chick.”

I grin back at her as we take seats across from one another. “I’m going by Goldie, now,” I announce, feeling slightly shy.

“Goldie?” Bianca raises her eyebrows. “That’s, uhm, cute.”
