Broken, that’s what I am. It’s what we all are. Yet, somehow we fit together like the perfect pieces of a puzzle. My men touch every scar, every bad thought, every nightmare, and heal it with understanding, comfort, and love.
We’re navigating the unknown together. Each of us has different fears and insecurities, not one of us fully prepared for this new beginning. Still, at least we can navigate it with the comfort of knowing we’re finally safe.
Or, maybe not.
It seems in the throes of being new parents, our worst fear is coming to life. We’re not safe, and neither are our children. Kevin is back, and he wants blood. All of our blood.
With my men by my side, it’s time to end this once and for all. It’s not about just me anymore, it’s about all of us. Nothing, and no one, will stop me from doing what needs to be done to save us.
