Page 16 of Dancing in Sin

Sliding into the back of my SUV, I lean my head back, closing my eyes. My erratic thoughts about her are beginning to take their toll and I know it’s only a matter of time before I do something stupid. Like lock her in a room. Hide her away from the world. Fuck. I need to get my shit together and quickly.

Dante climbs in beside me, breaking me from my reverie. My driver, Christopher, turns on the ignition, waiting for instructions on where to go next.

“Take us to The Executive Club,” I instruct, no other words are needed. Putting his foot on the gas, Christopher takes me to the place that has become both my heaven and my hell.

I wish I had gone home and stayed away.

I should have listened to Dante, had a drink, and called up some of my regular pussy.

But no. Being the masochist I seem to be when it comes to Ocean Embers, I find myself standing at my damn window. Red-hot, pent-up anger, and another emotion I can’t think about right now, courses through my veins, demanding I release it on every asshole down on the club floor.

My eyes roam over thepiccola ballerina, and I watch in fury as she sways her hips, hypnotizing every mother fucker in this place. Even every member of staff on my payroll watches with rapt attention, mesmerized by her. As infuriating as it is, the attention she is receiving, it’s Leo that caught my attention. My gaze narrows in on him, at the way he watches her. The way his eyes light up like a fucking bonfire and he licks his lips like she is his next meal. My hand tightens around the glass so hard, I’m surprised when it doesn’t break. I am going to fucking kill him.

Friend or not, he doesn’t get to look at her like that.

Fishing my cell from my pants pocket with my free hand, I unlock it, scrolling to Leo’s number. Pressing down, I bring it to my ear. He frowns as he looks at the screen before answering.

“Yeah?” he greets over the music. His voice is so blasé that it spikes my irritation further.

“Bring the girl up to my office.” My voice is deathly calm and at complete odds with how I am feeling. He looks up and though he can’t see me, he knows that I’m watching. He also knows exactly whichgirlI am talking about without me having to say her name.

“Why, Nico?” he sighs, and I almost miss it over the loud club.

My hand grips the phone tighter. Fury like I have never felt before surges through me. Who the fuck does he think he is to question me?

“Because I fucking said so.” I roar and I watch as he pulls the cell from his ear before bringing it back. He blows out a breath, running a frustrated hand through his hair.

“Yeah. Okay. Let her finish up her set and I will bring her up.” He concedes before ending the call.

Striding to the bar cart, I pour myself another scotch, knocking it back in one go. Pouring another drink, I stride to the leather couch that sits against the wall. Taking a seat, I get comfortable and wait for Ocean. Not even ten minutes later, a knock sounds at the door. My heart pounds in my chest. My blood heats and it feels like pure lust has been shot into my veins as my cock thickens in my pants. My reaction to this girl is not normal, yet I can’t seem to bring myself to care tonight. Tomorrow I may think differently, but for tonight I am going to allow myself a little taste.

“Enter.” I call out when a couple of minutes have passed. I don’t want to look to eager.

The door is pushed open, and Leo appears. Ocean is tucked partially behind him, but I see her worried face. She chews that full bottom lip, and rage ignites inside me when I find myself jealous of her damn teeth. I want to be the one nibbling the plump flesh. Drawing it into my mouth. Driving her wild…

“Dante is downstairs checking on shit. Tell him not to interrupt me. Now leave us.” I tell Leo, but my gaze has shifted back to Ocean. She shifts on her feet as she watches me, a look of complete fear covering her beautiful features. The door slams shut, letting me know that Leo has left. Adrenaline courses through me. I have Ocean alone.Just how I like it. The thought hits me so fast, I grit my teeth.

My gaze locks on Ocean, studying her to see what she will do next. I watch with amusement as she pushes down her fear, straightening her spine. The scared doe-eyed look is gone, now replaced with false strength. I know it’s fake because I cansee the pulse point in her neck, jumping erratically. She sighs indifferently, and I have to bite back a laugh at her little display. She is about as frightening as a Chihuahua right now, but I have to give her points for how she is handling this. Even if it is all a façade. She is trying to force confidence, but I see the nerves swimming in her blue eyes. The girl is a complete paradox. A mixture of innocence and sin. Self-assurance and apprehension. Maybe that’s why she intrigues me so much.

“What do you want Nico? This is getting a bit tedious now, don’t you think?”

“Dance for me,” I demand before I can stop myself.

Her mouth drops open in shock, those pools of blue widening almost comically. “Wh-what?” she wheezes out, all signs of her confidence now gone, the fear shining through. If she can dance for a room full of men, then she can fucking dance for me.

Taking a sip of my whiskey, I let the smooth liquid wet my throat. My voice is husky when I speak. “Did I stutter? Dance. For. Me.” I enunciate the last three words.

Ocean shakes her head, her arms wrapping around her body protectively as if that will save her from me. My gaze drops to where she has pushed her tits up and it’s only then I notice what she is wearing. It’s the same outfit she had on while she was downstairs dancing, but I see it clearly now. A crystal-encrusted bra and matching panties. Christ, is she trying to kill me? I can’t say I would be opposed to going that way. Death by Ocean Embers.

“Why?” she blurts, snapping me from my thoughts. My eyes lock on her face. I harden at the fear flashing in her blue orbs, at the way her lips tremble. I want to shove my cock between them, fuck her mouth as the plump flesh vibrates around my length. My cock twitches, liking that thought, but I shake it away, remembering I haven’t given her an answer.

“Because, I want to see what has all those men down there so enraptured by you.” It’s a lie. I know exactly why they are so fascinated, but if it gets me what I want, I’m not above lying. “So, dance. If you want to leave my office any time tonight, then you will dance for me.” I growl out.

Her face pales as she no doubt mulls over her options. She only has one option. That’s to give me what I want. I will not let her leave until she has moved that body for me, so she better get to it. I see the moment resignation sets in. Watch the emotion in her eyes when she realizes that she will not be leaving until she does as I ask. Straightening her spine, she pins those blue eyes on me.

“There’s no music.” She points out the obvious, her voice exasperated. Feeling's mutual, Ocean. If only you knew the shit going through my head.
