Becky
He was already starting to get to me but when he kissed my fingers, chills shot up my spine as butterflies took over my stomach. I feel a need deep inside of me that I haven’t felt in a really long time.
We finally got Max back to the table to help us eat the pizza while it was still hot. Afterwards, we all played numerous games within the arcade.
Max beat me in the race car game we played together. Surprisingly, I finally tamped down my nerves and started to really enjoy the evening out.
“That was so much fun, Coach! Thank you for taking me!” Max says to Brian as he walks us to the door.
“I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. Maybe we can do it again soon.” Brian says, ruffling my son's hair.
“Go on in and get ready for bed.” I say to Max as I open our door.
“Goodnight Coach!” Max yells, running inside.
“Night Max! See you tomorrow!” Brian yells back before turning his eyes back to me.
Chill bumps raise up on my arms as I look back at him and I shiver.
“Thank you for tonight. You made him so happy.” I murmur.
“You don’t have to thank me. I enjoyed it. Thank you for agreeing to go.” His dimple popping out with his smile.
“Well you kind of put me on the spot when you asked in front of him.” I grin back, raising my eyebrow.
“If you weren’t so stubborn, I wouldn’t have had to use such tactics. But I’m glad now that I did so I won’t apologize for it.” He chuckles.
“You think I’m stubborn?” I ask seriously.
“Actually, I think someone in your past has hurt you and you are now too afraid to take any chances.” He whispers, taking a step closer to me.
He reaches one hand up, cupping my chin tilting my head back to look deeper into my eyes.
“I see sadness in you but I also see fire. I’d like to see that fire unleash one day.” He whispers even more softly.
Very slowly, he lowers his face closer to my own. The second his lips touch mine, I moan, unable to help myself.
Pushing myself even closer to him, I let him deepen the kiss. I feel as though I am on fire and a deep throbbing need begins deep within my core.
All too soon, he pulls away, still looking into my eyes.
“I’ll see you tomorrow.” He says gently before turning away back towards his car. Leaving me on my porch step, panting with want.
“Damn.” I say out loud, feeling my lips with my fingertips.
Chapter 5
Brian
Damn, I think to myself as I remember the kiss between Becky and I last night. I’m hard as a rock within seconds of the thought.
If a kiss can have me acting this way, I can just imagine how it’ll be if she were to ever let me touch her. The woman was absolutely perfect as far as I was concerned.
She didn’t care about who I was or my money. She actually seemed to hate how easily I could drop so much money on tokens for Max to play the games at the arcade. I was raised by parents that taught me that money was only good for one thing, to spend it on those you cared about.
I could easily see myself falling for Becky and If I gave her time, I could make her fall in love with me as well. I already felt attached to her son Max. He was an amazing young man. Sweet, kind, considerate, all the things that most kids were not these days.
