She rolled her hips and let her head fall back. Her tits perked up, and I couldn’t help but cup them from below, teasing her peaked nipples with a forceful pinch that made her moan.

I wanted to close my eyes and get lost in the feel of her tight pussy wrapped around my cock but watching her glorious body move over me, grinding down hard enough to make my dick weep with pent-up cum was enough to keep my eyes pinned open.

She was sensual and wild, her fingers working her clit and her nipples as I clenched her ass and encouraged her to go faster, harder, more.

Looking up at her, seeing her glorious power as she rode me, filled my heart, my soul, my cock with blissful satisfaction.

I felt her orgasm take hold. Her legs shook as she relentlessly chased the high. My own climax crested, my balls tight to the point of pain, my cock a steel rod, but held back, urging her to take what she needed from me. As her climax exploded, her pussy spasmed, quivering, her body shaking, her moan long and guttural. I followed her, spewing my load and bellowing a release that made the night birds take flight all around us.

Chapter Twenty-Six

Kane

Cal and Revel carried Johnny between the two of them, dragging him by the shoulders as his unsteady feet attempted to keep the momentum going. He looked rough, but thankfully, he was still in one piece.

“He shifted a few times on the plane. Looks like he’s in a lot of pain,” Cal said as he leaned Johnny into the large lounge chair in my den. Johnny’s head lolled, and his eyelids fluttered closed. I could keep an eye on him if he was passed out. He’d stay out of trouble for a little while at least.

“Where’s Andrew?” I turned my attention to the door again.

“Right behind us.” Revel stood sentry at the door, obviously expecting Johnny to jump up and make a run for it, which was always a wise course when it came to my brother.

Two of Johnny’s guys who I’d never meant but knew existed, hauled Andrew in, one keeping a firm hold on the scruff of his neck. He’d obviously given up fighting and moved his feet on his own, but the look on his face was far from resigned.

“Put him there,” I pointed to the chair in front of me as I leaned back against my desk, slightly probed up, arms folded.

Andrew hadn’t been what I would call a formidable alpha. He’d never been imposing or batshit crazy like Sal, but there was always a cunning edge to his eyes that pulsed danger, if only as a threat to what may happen. There had been rumors, of course, about werewolves disappearing and lesser alpha’s stepping away from their packs to make room for Andrew to swoop in and absorb them into his fold, but it was all vague, like a mythology about what might happen if Andrew pulled some of his many strings. He wasn’t known as much for his might as he was for his strategy.

Which was why seeing him like this, physically defeated, was not an indication of his surrender. I knew behind his bloodshot eyes there was scheming going on.

“Let’s set aside the pretense and get right to it. You hunted Charlotte in order to take her back to Sal.” I stayed where I was, directly in front of Andrew, too close for him to get up without coming chest to chest with me.

“You’re wrong.” Andrew tried to keep the steel in his voice, but his conviction wavered when I growled my opinion about his words. “You may think I’m lying but I’m not. My intention was to get Charlie out of harm’s way.”

“By sending a knife-wielding thief to kidnap her?” I dropped my arms to clench my fingers around the edge of my desk.

“It had to look real.” Andrew darted his eyes from me to the corner, and I saw him tense.

Johnny was rousing, mumbling and moaning. His men were just outside the door, within earshot and ready to deal with him. I appreciated their loyalty, not that I expected anything less from weres created by Johnny.

“Get him to his suite,” I said with a nod to my brother’s semi-prone form. “Don’t let him out of your sight. Lex,” I hollered, knowing he’d be within earshot. “Show them the way.”

“Yes, sir,” Lex’s voice echoed. “Follow me.”

Andrew tracked the other’s movements, his body rigid. I kept my eyes on him, knowing he couldn’t be trusted. I didn’t think he’d be stupid enough to bolt, but fear could do a lot of things to a man, to a wolf, when he was cornered.

“We have no purpose for you other than what information you may have, so I suggest you get talking before I decide your information isn’t worth your life.” Harsh but true. Andrew was a liability at this point. Word would reach Sal sooner than later that we had his brother here. While I never sensed any diehard loyalty between the siblings, Sal would definitely want to get Andrew back into the fold rather than leave him here with us.

“You think you have it all figured out, don’t you?” Andrew’s eyes narrowed as he swung his gaze back to me. “You don’t know what she’s capable of.”

“I know exactly”—I lunged forward, grabbing Andrew by his collar and yanking him close enough that I could see his nostrils quivering and the burst blood vessels in his eyes—“what she’s capable of.”

“I-I-I w-w-want to h-help.” He stammered through another few words that were unintelligible. “Please.” His hands were up in surrender, his eyes wide, body trembling. “S-she’s m-my s-sister.”

I eased off and let him sink back into the chair. “Stop dicking around.”

“Charlie’s special,” Andrew said as he pulled at his collar, adjusting it back to normal. “There are stories…old tales that Dominic…that our father used to tell us.”

“About Charlie?” I knew the stories he was talking about, but I wanted to see if he had a new take on it.
