“You look like you just got railed.”

Her eyes go wide and she swats my arm playfully as I lean in for another kiss.

“Then stop kissing me and I might be able to make it look like I didn’t,” she argues back.

I shake my head. “No chance of that.” I watch as she adjusts her panties and I don’t want this to end here.

She glances down at my obvious bulge and her eyes soften. “I wish I could do something about that.” She nods toward my cock.

I grip her chin once more as my lips find hers. “Oh, don’t worry, sweetheart. I’ll be saving every single drop for you tomorrow night.”

“Tomorrow.” She promises.

“Wear a dress.”

Her lips curl in amusement. “Telling me what to wear now?”

I laugh. “No. But it’s easy access, and I know how wet you get for me.” I lean in closer to her ear. “Tomorrow night, I'll take you to heaven and back in bed. Understand?”

She swallows hard, nodding again as I adjust my cock with one hand. Suddenly, the office phone rings, making her jump as I push off the door with a chuckle.

“Thank you for the meeting,” she says, a small smile on her lips. “And the orgasm.”

“Anytime.” I open the door, giving her one last look over my shoulder before I whistle my way down the corridor as I leave.

Sunday dinner rolls around quicker than I can blink. I’m still reveling in yesterday’s office encounter and how fucking good it feels to be in her arms again, as well as how my fingers felt inside her. It may have started as a one-night stand a few weeks ago in New York, but I know it’s more than that now. I want more. And I can’t fucking wait to be officially divorced, so we don’t have to keep secrets and sneak around behind closed doors. Though I have to admit, that part gets me going even more. If she thought I was going to stick to crazy rules like keeping my hands off her because she’s my lawyer, then she’s sadly mistaken.

When I get to Aunt Patti and Uncle Jack’s place, Gabe and Trinity are just arriving. Trin runs up to give me a hug, and I reach down to pick her up, swinging her around before I hold her in my arms.

“How’s my little princess?”

“Good, Uncle Gray-Gray.”

It’s so damned cute she calls me that.

Gabe gives me a chin lift as we walk to the front. I haven’t crossed paths with him much this week, thank god. I know he’s still pissed at me and acts as if I’m ready to pounce at any moment.

“We’re getting a puppy, Uncle Gray-Gray.”

“What? Wait, no way, Trin.”

“Daddy said we could.”

I raise an eyebrow at Gabe. “You succumbed to your five-year-old daughter’s demands?”

“It’s all she talks about,” he mutters. “Ever since Callan started bringing Sunny over to the distillery, and her friend at pre-k got a puppy, she wants one of her own.”

“Sounds like a great idea,” I coo into Trin’s adorable little face. She has the dark Bassett hair, and striking blue eyes with long lashes to match. “So that makes daddy the number one scooper pooper, too.”

She giggles behind her hands as Gabe gives me the middle finger behind her back.

“Gray-Gray said poop!”

I smile, carrying her towards the door. “Your outfit is pretty cute. Did you pick it yourself?”
