With deft movements, he places the package on the bed next to me before unzipping it slowly and ceremoniously pulling out what lies within its depths: an incredibly intricate hand-crafted golden gown imbued with jeweled accents throughout along with glimmering tassels dripping from its hemline which give off a subtle yet opulent aura that is both luxurious yet timelessly elegant all at once--like nothing I've ever seen or felt before.

"Wow," I muse with awe.

How does someone just have a dress like this laying around for surprise lunch guests?

"I'm wearing this to lunch?" I question in disbelief.

Lucas nods, ushering the other man toward the door. "I'll be right outside while you change. Take your time."

When the door closes, I hop up out of the bed and scurry my naked self over and lock it for good measure.

Gently, I run my hands over the surface of the fabric, feeling its delicate softness and intricate patterns. It has a modern yet classic look to it; obviously designed by a master hand. It's even softer than it looks, if that were possible.

I slide my arms into its sleeves and slowly zip up from behind before standing once more to admire it fully. The bodice hugs me closely while also emphasizing curves subtly.

My fingers graze along each elaborate beaded detail as if they wanted to take pause in taking everything in until eventually reaching out to find an intricately detailed floral lace adorning both sides of my waist all while delicately embellished see-through tulle fabric runs up toward shoulder making sure whatever skin lies beneath remains visible but not overly exposed - a perfect balance between elegant modesty and seduction all rolled into one attractive package.

"It fits," I whisper to myself in disbelief, looking once more into the full-length mirror and hardly believing what I just saw. It was all so elegant, yet understated - like a work of art from way back when that doesn't scream for attention but simply lingers quietly until someone notices it naturally with awe.

I take one last look before turning away from the view and slowly making my way toward the door where Lucas awaits patiently outside while he knocks softly at it queryingly. "Are you decent?"

I respond that he can come in and he does, momentarily frozen as his eyes scan me from head to toe with obvious admiration. "It fits," I say encouragingly. He clears his throat and nods, a soft smile playing about on his lips.

"Very nicely," Lucas adds agreeably while straightening himself with an appreciative nod conveying it all without saying any extra words at all--it was simply understood by us both just how suitable this dress was on me.

After strapping my heels on, I take Lucas's offered arm and let him lead me to a dining room down a flight of stairs, where Antonio waits outside, just as handsome as he was last night. He takes one look at me and his eyes light up, hazel turning a shade darker as he beams down in appreciation.

You're breathtaking," Antonio murmurs with awe before stepping forward to envelop me into a warm embrace for much longer than necessary but I don't mind; I simply bask in the feeling of being held by him so tightly that it almost hurts.

Finally, after what could have been minutes or hours later, he faintly whispers against my ear "I'm sorry about this morning darling" before pulling away just enough to press a tender kiss upon my cheek followed by another hug.

"Come, let's eat," he insists, guiding me inside.

I know that I have a million and one questions to ask him, but they'll have to wait--I get the feeling that nothing too important will be answered with an audience.

XAVIER

Sitting at the head of the table, gazing at the vixen at the other end, I listen to Mia's quiet voice.

"You look lovely," I compliment as we begin to dine.

Her cheeks flush pink. "Thank you, Xavier."

Ah... hearing my name come from her mouth is more satisfying than one could ever expect.

"Do you like it?" I question curiously.

She stutters, glancing down at her untouched meal. "Like what?"

"The dress," I insist before taking another bite.

"Oh," her blush deepens. "Yes, it's... I mean, I've never seen anything like it. The design is..."

I shift my head curiously. "You're a designer?"

If possible, her cheeks turn an even darker shade of scarlet. "What? No, I didn't say that..."
