The pace quickened and his hands gripped harder, his thumb digging into where he’d marked me. Jets of his seed shot against my cervix over and over until we were both spent.

“Shit, that was fucking incredible.” He finally slipped out of me, disappearing on the other side of the room for a few moments, opening other cabinets and drawers.

Soon, he was back at my side, unfastening my wrists and ankles. I got ready to stand, but he picked me up gently, cradling me, and carried me over to the bed. Laying me down on my side, he placed a hand on my thigh. I looked up to see blood smeared around his mouth and chin. Shit.

“Let me clean you up and try to stop the bleeding.” He opened a water bottle and handed it to me, then picked up a small cloth, doused it with a liquid, and placed it on my hip.

I squirmed at the sensation but didn’t dare make a sound.

“Relax. You can speak.”

A sigh of relief washed over me, and I took a sip of the water. “Oh. My. God.”

“That’s why I told you to remember your safe words.”

I looked up at him. “Are you kidding me? That was the most incredible sex I’ve ever had.”

“Good.” He picked up a washcloth, wetting it with another bottle of water, and wiped his mouth and chin before tossing it to the side. Kneeling on the bed next to me, he bent over, picked me up under my neck and knees, and slid me over, laying down beside me. “Come here.”

I slid into his side, draping my arm and leg over him. He rested his palm on my thigh. For several moments, we stared at the ceiling in silence. After that door opened, we’d be back to James and Maddie and life would continue as normal. As much as I didn’t want to think about it, it was our reality. I wanted to ask, but I was scared to break the magic of the Blue Room. As long as I remained in the room, I was his.

“You alright?”

I nodded. “Yes,” my voice cracked.

“Drink more water. Can I get you a granola bar or something, too?”

God, he’s so sweet and attentive. Shifting, I lifted myself, propping on my elbow. I put the bottle to my mouth, taking a bigger gulp than before. Holding it out for him, I hummed with a mouth full of water.

“I’m fine right now.”

I looked where he’d marked me, and I gasped when I saw what he’d done. It was still bleeding. “Holy shit!” I snapped my gaze to his, and he reached over with a small towel, blotting it.

His eyes were fixated on mine. No remorse. No guilt. No sign of James Whitman existed. He waited… silently, still staring at me with hunger.

“You carved a J into my hip?!”

“And?”

“And?!” My eyes widened in shock. “Ja—sir, Daddy, whatever the fuck I’m supposed to call you in here, what the fuck happens when we exit this room and we’re us again?! The us who have to face the real world and—”

Within a split second, I was on my back, and he was between my legs, his palms on the bed at the sides of my head. He grabbed the water bottle, tossing it onto the floor, causing it to spill. My chest rose and fell as I peered up at him.

His gaze flickered to my mouth before he lowered himself, pressing his lips to mine, and then he raised himself up again. “I’ve never been as happy as I’ve been these past several months. You and I have been growing closer. I know it’s fucked up. I told Vinny I wanted just one more night with you. What I didn’t tell you was before we parted ways, he asked me what I would do if you fully submitted to me tonight.”

I swallowed hard, whispering. “And what did you say?”

“I told him I wasn’t ever letting you go, and I’d train you to be my sub.” He sank to his elbows, tugging at my hair with his lips close to mine. “I marked you with a J because when that door opens, nothing between us changes. You belong to me.”

It took everything in me to hold back the tears, and I was rendered speechless.

“For obvious reasons, we have to keep this a secret for a little while longer but let me handle it. You just need to act normal for now.” He rolled onto his back next to me.

I settled into his side once again. “I’m not going to tell Eliza I’m her dad’s submissive.”

He chuckled. “Probably best, but I have to tell her something soon.”

I sighed. “I know I’m not supposed to bring up anyone else in here, so please forgive that and this, but since we’re on the topic—” my voice trailed off.
