I gripped his head tighter and did exactly as he said. I was desperate and completely out of control as I fucked his mouth, in and out, faster and faster, desperate to reach the end. My balls tightened, and the pressure built until I exploded as my orgasm blasted through me. It started at my feet and moved up my spine as my whole body stiffened, and I cried out his name.

He grabbed my ass with both hands and jerked me forward, holding me in place as I emptied my balls down his throat, and I was spent. My legs were useless, like wet noodles. I wasn’t sure I could even stand on my own I was so weak, but I didn’t have to worry. My Daddy had me. He stood, wrapping his arms around me and taking me with him as he collapsed back onto the couch.

“Did I tell you I loved blowjobs?” I murmured, sounding half-drunk from such a powerful orgasm.

He chuckled. “Yes, you did.

“And did I say I like giving them the best?”

“Yeah, baby boy, you did.”

“I was wrong.” I sighed and snuggled into his embrace. His chest shook beneath my cheek as his low laugh rumbled in my ear.

“Well, glad you enjoyed yourself. Now, I have to say, that was a delicious appetizer, but I think you said you were bringing home dinner.”

“I did.” I sprung off his chest to a sitting position. I might be wiped out from the most mind-blowing climax in the history of time, but that didn’t mean I wanted to leave him hanging. I glanced down at his groin and the outline of his hard cock that was visible through his pants. “But I should do something for you first.”

“Silly boy, that was for me.” He winked. “Now, let’s go eat dinner before it gets cold.”

Chapter 24

Nash

I was getting ready to leave on Friday morning to go pick up Spencer when Cruz came into the bunkhouse. The other guys were already out working, so I knew he had to be looking for me, and I just hoped he wasn’t about to ask me to stay for anything. I’d cleared the day off with them weeks ago, so I knew it was urgent if he asked.

“Hey, Nash, I know you’re headed out to your father’s thing, but I wanted to run something by you real quick before you left, assuming you have time.”

Okay, didn’t sound like he was going to ask me to cancel my time off. I was pretty sure Cruz was happy with the job I was doing here, and I couldn’t think of anything I’d done he might be angry about, but I didn’t know what else this might be about. I glanced at the clock that hung over the table by the front door.

“Sure, I have a few minutes before I have to leave. What’s up?”

“You know we’re working on the expansion project.” He rolled his eyes. “I can’t believe how long it’s taking to get someone out here to do the work. I know it’s a big project, but still.” He let out a sigh. “Sorry, I didn’t come in here to bitch about how hard it was to find a contractor. My point was that the rescue’s growing much faster than I’d anticipated. I’d always expected I’d have to start small and grow as I was able to get grants and private donors. I hadn’t planned on Nolan.” His eyes softened, and a fond smile tweaked his lips when he said his boy’s name.

“I imagine that does change things considerably.”

He chuckled. “That’s an understatement. Anyway, like I was saying, it’s growing fast, and that means I need more help than I’d anticipated. I’m looking to hire two more hands at a minimum. But what I really need is someone to handle the transportation both to and from the rescue.” He paused, his expression growing serious. “Just as important, I need someone around to deal with any irate owners who may show up, like Elmer Walker, and that’s where you come in. You did an amazing job handling that. You didn’t let him walk all over you, but you kept your cool and didn’t lose your head.”

“Me?” I don’t think he had any idea how badly I’d wanted to kick Elmer’s ass that day, or maybe he did, and that was the point. The fact that even though I wanted to, I didn’t.

“Yeah, you, Nash. What I want to do is create a new position. I haven’t given it a name yet. I’m thinking operation manager, maybe. You would coordinate and facilitate pick-ups and drop-offs, and you would keep me out of jail by handling any angry owners because I’m not sure I would’ve been as level-headed as you were the other day.”

“Yes, you would’ve. You have Nolan to think about,” I insisted.

He shrugged. “Probably, but still, thanks to you, we don’t have to find out. You would still be working with the horses, just not as much because your other duties would come first.”

“Right, I get that.” That was just the way it worked on a ranch. We all pitched in to make sure the work got done. I wouldn’t have expected anything else. I just couldn’t believe he wanted to give this job to me. I was sure he could find someone who had experience in logistics and ranch management to handle the job.

“But—” He went on, “There’s only one problem. I need someone on-site to handle problems that come up at night, as well. Now, I don’t mean you would have to stay on the ranch twenty-four-seven. I know you have a life, and I’ve noticed you spend most of your evenings in town with Spencer—”

“I won’t give up my time with Spencer,” I said, interrupting him. This job was pretty much my dream job, but it wasn’t worth giving up my boy. As good as what he was offering sounded, I would just stay a hand for now. Cruz could find someone else to be his operations manager.

“Nash, that wasn’t what I was saying. I would never ask you to do that. Anyone with eyes could tell that boy means everything to you.”

I didn’t realize I’d been that transparent, but he wasn’t wrong. “Okay, then, what are you asking?”

“Now that Murphy and V have bought the Seaver’s place, the foreman’s house is empty. I was thinking we could make that the operations manager’s house instead. That would free up your bunkroom for a hand, and it would give you and Spencer a place here on the ranch. When the two of you are ready to take that step, of course, not to rush you.”

“Hell, boss, I would already have him living with me if it was up to me, but I didn’t feel comfortable having him stay in the bunkhouse.”
