“Yeah.” He grunts as the screwdriver finally moves and he gets a panel open. “Three years now.” He goes to work on the wires that I assume have something to do with monitoring the speed of the belt.

“But you both still share girls?” I move my gaze to his arms when he looks up at me. It’s his smile, I tell myself. It’s too playful. A complete contradiction to all the tattoos of skulls, knives, and other depictions of death covering his arms and chest.

“Yeah. We share.” He flashes another toothy grin. “Does he scare you?”

“Seth? No.” I lie right to his face.

He laughs it off with a shake of his head. “If he hears you lying, you’ll wish he hadn’t.” he assures me, before going back to work.

“Does he… I mean… all of you seem to have this authority complex. Does he… with you?” I hug my knees. This topic is making me want more than answers. Heat pools at my center.

These men are ruining me.

I never would have thought I’d be someone who would have sex with two men at once. Or more than one man in a week. And here I am having had sex with multiple men, and two of them at the same time.

Dylan cocks a brow. “It works for us. Like between the three of us, I answer to him, you answer to me and him. See?”

“Is there anyone here I don’t answer to?” I ask pointedly, folding my arms over my chest.

He pretends to think about it, then laughs. “No. I don’t think so.”

I push his knee with my foot. “You’re not funny.”

“I’m not sure anyone would be laughing if you told them you don’t answer to us.” He reaches into his pocket and pulls out his phone, checking the screen. A small baggie falls to the floor, and I snatch it up before he can put it back.

Opening it up, the smell tells me right away what the little cigarette inside is.

“Now you’re playing with fire.” He reaches to take it from me, but I pull it out of his reach.

“I’ve never smoked before.” I inhale the scent from the bag.

“Not sure now’s a good time.” He puts his tools down and scoots over to me, checking his watch. “But… the guys won’t be back until dinner time.”

“It would wear off by then?” I ask, feeling extra bad about doing this behind everyone’s back.

“For sure.” He nods. “Just a few puffs, then I’ll finish this up. We’ll have lunch, take a nap. By the time they get home, you’ll be fine.”

“Won’t you get in trouble with Seth?” I ask. Getting myself into trouble is one thing, dragging him down with me is different.

He lifts a shoulder. “He won’t know.” His brows go up. “It will be fine.” He pulls a lighter out of his pocket. “Let’s go outside, though. If the gym stinks of it when they come out here tonight, I really will get my ass kicked.” He winks. “And not in a fun way.”

“There’s a fun way?” I follow him outside.

He laughs. “Hell yeah, there’s a fun way.” He puts the cigarette to his mouth and lights it, inhaling deeply before handing it to me.

“I’ll show you later.” He blows out the smoke and watches me put the joint between my lips. “Just a little, or you’ll choke.”

I nod and inhale just until I taste the smoke. I sputter, coughing as the burn in my lungs dissipates.

Dylan chuckles.

“Told you. Small bits at a time.” He takes another hit, a large drag compared to what I did.

“Okay.” I smile, already feeling a little lightheaded.

“What the fuck are you two doing?” Seth’s voice booms, scaring me and making me drop the joint.

I go to pick it up, but Dylan grabs the back of my neck and pulls me up right.
