I leave and head to the flat, slipping the packet into my pocket.

Chapter Seventy-Five

E.A.

It’s probably considered indecent to open an apartment door while naked and fully aroused, but I’d rather make it clear to Toshi that I’m ready for him than risk allowing him to lose his nerve.

I can’t count the times I’ve come close to making a move on him.

Spencer and Echo probably can. They think they’ve tried harder, but they were being completely over the top in their efforts to seduce him using each other.

If freaking him out was their intention, they succeeded virtually every time.

I made sure I was more subtle, and he came close to breaking on more than one occasion.

Something always made him back off, and I told myself I wouldn’t push harder until I knew for certain what his reservations were.

Now that I know, I’m ready to make him rethink those doubts.

I unlock the door and open it.

Toshi blinks at me, his gaze moving down to my cock and straight back up to my face again.

“E.A. …” he gasps. “You’re naked!”

“I’m glad you noticed. I wasn’t sure it was obvious enough.”

I reach for his free hand, and I pull him into the room.

He lets me drag him forward, which is a good sign. I close the door behind him, turn the key and keep my hand on the door above him while I look into his eyes.

“Drop the food,” I order.

He drops it at his side, his gaze dark and his lips parted.

His breathing quickens as I lean in close.

“I can smell Echo’s perfume all over you.”

Clearly, our Omega’s been making the most of finally claiming our Beta.

Has it really been three years since he landed on our doorstep?

It seems impossible that we’ve had all that time, and yet it took the arrival of our female Beta to make us realize Toshi’s been waiting for us to make the first move. Any conflicting feelings he’s been having over finding us and knowing we were meant to be his were rooted in a fear that he wasn’t good enough, and we compounded those feelings with our lack of action.

“We claimed each other,” Toshi admits, stretching his neck and pushing back the collar on his jacket.

I see the twin marks Echo and Spencer have made on the right side of his throat, Spencer’s mark high up, and Echo’s overlapping the bottom part of it.

“You let Spencer mark you that high up?” I ask, surprised that he would want to make it so hard to hide.

“I wanted it there,” he admits, his skin flushing.

“It means you don’t have a choice over where I’ll make my mark,” I tell him, part of me a little jealous that Spencer and Echo have already claimed him. I always thought he’d break for me first.

“I would let you mark me anywhere,” he breathes, his gaze on my mouth.

My teeth start to tingle at the thought of his careless invitation.
