"Kiss me, and then go upstairs to our room, Dimples. Strip down and get in bed," I order. "You're going to wait there for me."

I silence her with my lips on hers, kissing her until she goes pliant in my arms. "Go, Dimples. I'll handle everything."
If my wife needs to be reminded that she's perfect, that's the only thing I have to do today. Everything else can fucking wait. Nash will take the kids for a few hours to give us some time alone. He may give me shit about kissing his sister, but he's a hell of a brother to Aspen…and to me.
"Okay," she whispers, crawling from my lap. She turns back to me at the door, her gaze locking on mine. "Hey, Noah? I'm glad he sent you to spy on me. You were totally worth the wait."
I grin at her. Somehow, even after all this time, she still manages to steal pieces of a heart that already belongs to her.
