“Don’t play with me, Gianni. Did y’all come here to spy on us?”

“Why the fuck would I need to do that? Nigga’s know what it is, and so do you.” Hailo rolled her eyes and folded her arms across the orange dress she’d chosen for the night.

She was teasing me. Hailo knew I loved the way orange looked against her brown skin. It was short as fuck, exposing her toned thighs. Hailo had the nerve to have a split on the left side. I knew damn well she didn’t have anything underneath it.

“I did not come out tonight to be under surveillance,” Sky chimed, garnering Mack’s attention.

“What the fuck did you plan on doing tonight?” It wasn’t what Mack said that made me chuckle but the low yet controlled tone he said it in. Sky was used to it by now, so she didn’t feed into it too much.

“Be away from you.”

“Get used to it. Across the room is as far as you’ll ever be from me.”

“We’re going back to our section. Stay over here and out of our way,” Solana put a nail in this conversation, ushering them back across the club to their section.

“You lied your ass off,” Tyson pointed out once Lo and the rest of the gang were out of earshot.

“Mind your business,” I chuckled.

“Pussy whipped ass nigga,” Tyson joked, but I didn’t deny it, nor was I ashamed.

Watching Hailo walk away, I had every reason to be obsessed with my wife. She’d been going hard in the gym the last six months, and though I thought she was beautiful as is, she didn’t feel that way. She asked for my help, and I could never tell Hailo no.

Me: You’re teasing tonight.

It took a moment before she looked down at her phone for a brief second and then found me. She smirked, opening the text message.

Lo: You’re supposed to be enjoying yourself.

Me: Who says I’m not?

Lo: You’re in the club texting your wife.

Me: So what? Give me a show like you did the night we met.

Lo looked up, biting her bottom lip, likely considering my request. I didn’t give a fuck about these women in here. I only had eyes for her.

Lo would do anything for me because she knew how I was coming behind her. Hailo was my wife and had become my best friend. We could have fun doing anything, like flirting with each other across the club.

She conceded, twirling her hips in a way that made my dick hard. A few other nigga’s were enjoying the show too, but I was so wrapped up in her that I didn’t care. Hailo was mine.

Me: Meet me in the back in ten.

Lo: NO! It’s girl's night. You can wait until we get home.

Me: You haven’t seen yourself in that dress. I can’t wait.

Lo: You’re so spoiled.

Hailo was fronting like she didn’t want me as badly as I wanted her. The only difference was that I didn’t have a problem admitting it. I watched her squeeze past Solana to whisper something in Sky’s ear. Whatever it was, Sky must’ve tried to tag along, not wanting her to go alone. I respected it, but she didn’t have to worry. Lo would definitely be in good hands. Once she headed for the bathroom, I turned to Mack to stage my escape.

“I gotta handle something real quick. I’ll be back.”

“The only thing you have to handle is Lo. Nasty motherfucka,” Mack joked.

I didn’t deny Mack’s claim making my way to the bar for a favor. It was a quick exchange then I made my way to my wife. I turned the corner, and she was, leaning against the wall on her phone.

“You was just gonna let a nigga roll up on you?” I said in her ear, causing her cheekbones to reveal themselves.
