“I see. Everything looks beautiful.” That was an understatement. The entire first floor had been transformed into a winter wonderland.

“Where is my son?” Mia asked, and I shrugged, turning to Gianni, who did the same. “We can’t start without Cam.”

“Start what? Is it going to be some presentation?” I whispered to Gianni, and again he shrugged.

“It’s no telling between the three of them.” Gianni made himself a drink and offered me one, but I declined. He looked at me like I was crazy, but I quickly pivoted to playing with Bryson. I was almost at the finish line.

“Finally!” Mia fussed as the three of them finally joined us.

“Mack gave me a ring, and mommy too!” Cam spilled the beans before they had a chance to share.

“A ring or the ring?” Mia asked, and the entire room was wondering the same thing.

“The ring!” Sky held her hand out, and every woman in the room rushed to her for a closer view.

“I can’t believe you didn’t tell me!” I fussed and playfully pushed Mack while admiring the ring on Sky’s finger. It was so beautiful, and my girl deserved that big ass smile on her face.

Sky was one of the sweetest people I’d ever met. She was a genuinely good person and deserved this moment and many more.

“And risk you running your mouth. Not a chance.”

“I know how to keep a secret, thank you very much!” After all, I didn’t mention a word to my husband about their budding romance.

I didn’t want to overshadow Mack and Sky’s moment with my pregnancy announcement. She assured me it was fine, but I wasn’t so sure. I’d have to tell Gianni soon because I could tell he was suspicious by how he eyed me all night.

We had just finished eating, and Xora was ready to open gifts, so I figured, what the hell?

“You have one more gift left,” I replied, sitting next to Gianni.

He accepted the small blue bag and smiled as he took the box out.

“You copped me that Rolex I wanted?”

“Open it and see,” I urged, not wanting to ruin the surprise.

There were still a million unopened presents in the room between Cam, Serenity, and Bryson. I planned on dropping some of it off at Xora and Ross’s house because she had too much stuff. Everybody was so focused on the kids that nobody paid Gianni and me any attention.

He shook the box for dramatic effect, causing me to chuckle before he finally opened it. His expression dramatically changed, and his eyes shot to me. For a moment, I was afraid. I couldn’t read him like I usually could.

“Don’t play with me, Lo. Are you fa real?” Gi pressed.

“Yes! Yes, she is!” Sky exclaimed.

“She is what?” Xora asked.

“Pregnant. We’re having another baby!” I exclaimed, holding up the pictures of the sonogram. I was currently eight weeks pregnant. I wasn’t nearly as sick this time, so I had a good feeling Gianni would get his son.

“Well-.”

“Don’t.” Solana quickly cut Sophia off because it was no telling what she would say next.

“I was just going to say Congratulations,” Sophia countered, bouncing Bryson on her lap.

Gianni was stuck in a state of shock, and I honestly expected more excitement. He wanted a second child so bad that I thought he’d run laps around the house.

“Say something.”

“Thank God the cat is out of the bag!” Sky sighed, plopping down on the couch. “Do you know how hard it is drinking for two?”
