“You sure you want to spend the rest of your life dealin’ with this drama?”Muff murmurs into my ear, pulling me towards him as his arms go around my waist.

Looking at the group in front of me, I know I’m more than ready to spend the rest of my life with them.Gosh, I can’t imagine a single second without them in it.They’re more than my friends, they’re my family.I trust them and I know they’d do anything for me.Besides, it’s fun watching someone else go through it and not me.

I didn’t like the focus being on Muff and I.

“You have no idea,” I smile.“Ilovethe drama.”

He chuckles.“Least it ain’t ours anymore.”

“Nope, there is always someone taking the trophy.”

He nips my earlobe.“What do you say we go and find a room?I’m fuckin’ starving.”

Turning to face him, my eyes grow lusty.“If that’s the case, I can fix you a sandwich.”

He grins.“Baby, you know that’s not what I’m hungry for.The only thing I’m eating right now, is you.”

Tugging my hand, he pulls me out of the room, and everyone turns to watch us go.It’s no secret what we’re about to do, but they all do it so they can just be quiet about it.Of course, I should know that little big mouth there will say something, and I’m right.Addison grins big and yells, “Ohhh, Janine and Muff are going to make a baby.Oh wait, they already did.Get it, Muff.See if you can live up to your name.”

“Eat it, Addison,” Muff yells back to her as he drags me down the hall.

We’re both laughing when we make it to my room, and as Muff spins me to the wall and presses me against it, I can’t wipe the grin from my face.As he brings his lips down over mine, I feel instant relief, and I know that everything might just work out okay.I have him, and I have them, what more could I ask for?

So, yeah, I think I’m okay with them being my family.

Forever and ever.
