“Don’t keep things from us again,” he ordered.

“I won’t . . . I won’t.”

He kissed the top of her head as Loki came over to sit next to him.

“I love you, Isabelle.”

She leaned back, looking up at him. Her face was blotchy with tears, her hair a mess, and she’d never looked more beautiful.

“I love you too, Remy. I love both of you and I’ll never keep anything from you again.”

Isa woke up, stretching.

Her arm hit something hard and warm. A voice grumbled and then the man in her bed rolled over to face her, a delightfully grumpy look on his face.

“What time is it?” he mumbled.

She glanced over at her rainbow clock. “It’s nearly nine, Daddy.”

“Seriously?” Remy’s eyes widened. “I never sleep in this late.”

“I guess you needed the sleep. Maybe you should start taking naps.”

“Maybe I should. With a sassy Little girl next to me.”

“Hmm.” She tapped her chin. “Where you gonna find someone like that, Daddy?”

“Oh, I’ve got one right here.” He cupped the side of her face. “Good morning, baby girl.”

“Good morning, Daddy,” she replied before he kissed her.

He liked to lead all the time and when he was kissing her was no different. His tongue conquered, guided, his lips devoured. And by the time he drew back, she was tingling all over. Flushed and aroused.

“Where is Loki?” he asked.

“He must have gotten up earlier,” she said. Loki didn’t really like to sleep in.

“I should get up and make you breakfast.”

“Really? Because I thought maybe we should celebrate.”

“Celebrate what?”

Well, there were several things. Knowing what was wrong with her was up there. Loki had driven to the hospital pharmacy to get her prescription yesterday afternoon.

And when he’d gotten home, they’d watched a movie and had steak for dinner. She knew that both men were going to be watching what she ate and did carefully for a while.

But she couldn’t say she hated that. She’d grown up with a man who rarely took interest in her well-being, so to have two men fussing over her, was like a dream come true.

No way was she telling them to stop.

HR had sent her an email late yesterday. They were obviously scrambling after Shawn’s arrest. They’d given her a week’s paid leave before she needed to go in for a meeting.

Maybe that should scare her. But, honestly, she didn’t think she was going back to that job. It was time to re-evaluate what she really wanted in life.

Loki was always asking her to help him with everything he had going on. Sure, he didn’t work that much as a tracker, but he was constantly helping people in the community. His filing system and taxes were a mess.
