“You taste so fucking good,” he says, digging his fingers into my ass and grinding me down on him. “Give me more, baby. Ride my tongue.”

I’m already twisting and rolling my hips, wanting more as I drive him deeper up into me.

“You’re so wet,” he murmurs.

“You did that.” I’m getting frantic now, fucking his tongue toward an orgasm. “Cam.”

He slaps my ass, hard, once, twice. A third time.

Then I’m exploding all over him, tossing my head back as the pleasure rips through me like a tornado. “Fuck, yes!”

Then I ease back onto my haunches, breathing hard. I shove my hair back out of my face and watch him wipe his mouth with his thumb. “Class is over. You passed. Accelerated course.”

“Practice makes perfect,” he says. “On your back. I haven’t earned my diploma yet.”

My legs are wobbling as I collapse onto the bed beside him. “We don’t have to do the whole program in one night.”

“We do if I say so.” He strokes between my thighs and gets on his knees.

“Okay,” I say, because I’m generous that way.

He bends down.

My last coherent thought is that Cam is a really fast learner.

CHAPTER 30

Cameron

I lean against the bakery counter and watch Luna instructing Brady Phillips as he hauls boxes of baked goods out to her delivery van. I had tried to help carry boxes, but she had asked me to look at her accounting system. Having Luna ask me for help feels like a major step forward in our relationship, so I sip my coffee contentedly as I open her laptop.

Waking up next to her was… peaceful. Even after we both agreed that we hate cuddling during sleep, this morning she was draped over me, her ankle intertwined with mine.

And I liked it.

Because I like Luna.

Or love her. That’s seeming more and more like the reality of the situation.

I swear, I can still taste her on my tongue.

I never thought I would get off getting a woman off, but making Luna grip the bedsheets with her fingertips was deeply satisfying. I’m looking forward to repeating it again and again.

A woman enters the bakery, the chimes above the door jingling. She looks familiar and I realize immediately why. It’s Crew and Luna’s mother. I’ve seen her in interviews with Crew and at games. For the first time, I wonder why Luna doesn’t sit with her at games. Mrs. McNeill is always in the front row, whereas Luna and Dani sit three rows up.

“Mom, what are you doing here?” Luna exclaims, pushing her hair behind her ears as she heads to the door with Brady. She passes off the box to him and lets her mother hug her.

“Do I need a reason to see my beautiful daughter?”

“I just thought you were still in Seattle.” Luna turns and heads back toward me and the rest of the deliveries.

“We had to get back. We flew out right after the game.” Her mother approaches the counter. “Hi, I’m Lori McNeill. Are you one of Luna’s new hires?”

“Mom, he’s not one of my employees. This is Cameron Bach. Cam, my mother.”

I reach out over the counter and offer her my hand. “I’m her boyfriend.”

Lori McNeill’s jaw drops before she gives me a wide grin, shaking my hand lightly. “Oh, really?”
