Her smile widened. “I’m counting on it. In the meantime, I have to check on the cake and make sure the DJ has the right songs lined up.”
Cole reluctantly released her. “A wedding is a lot of work. Are you sure you’re going to want to plan ours when the time comes?”
“There’s no wedding I’d like to plan more.” She winked at him and waved her left hand, wriggling her fingers. “But first you have to propose.”
He waited until she walked away to find the caterer and then whispered, “I’m working on it, sweetheart.”
Cole had found the love of his life. He was taking Nana’s advice and holding on tight. He would spend every day working to make Olivia happy, and knew she would do the same for him.
