“Okay, that wasn’t what I was expecting. I need more heat, something to make me blush.” My sister’s profound nosiness never ceases to amaze me.

Rolling my eyes at her, my reply is simple. “You live with two men and you’re the center of their world. I don’t think you need any more heat.”

She sucks in a long breath. “You know what I mean. Was it as hot as the first night? Did he tell you what to do? Did you obey?”

I let a chuckle escape, in hopes that I can avoid more of her questions. “Would you like to share who the bossy one is in your relationship, Cam?”

The truth is I’m happy after last night. I think things with Dom and I will progress, but if I say it out loud, I’ll expect it, and I don’t want to be disappointed.

My words make her blush, but not before one of her men enter the room.

“Oh, that’s easy, San. It’s Miles. He’s a bossy albeit sexy son of a bitch, and I eat that shit up, along with so much more.”

Cami doubles over in fits of laughter, her cheeks as red as the locks on my head. She’s slapping her leg, unable to catch her breath.

“Good Lord, is that all you do—have sex and then talk about it?” I ask with disgust. Dane’s wordsalong with so much morecreates a picture show in my mind I’d rather not have.

Miles walks into the living room, and with his smirk, he’s heard the whole conversation.

“I’m no lawyer, but exhibit A, providing the proof on the amount of sex we have: our pregnant woman. And yes, it’s probably all the proof you want that we have a lot of sex, but we also have two spirited girls, and every once in a while, we may watch a movie.”

“Or play strip poker,” Dane adds.

My eyes swing to my sister. “Do you live with two sixteen-year-olds?” I ask.

Both men give each other high-fives. “In the bedroom we are.” I miss which one says this but Cami soon adopts a challenging tone.

“You two keep it up and you’ll be finding a new room to sleep in tonight.”

“She’s no fun. Come on, Miles, honey, I can show you some fun.” Both men scurry off and Cami lets out a laugh.

“See, that’s one of the good things about three; when one of us is tired, and the others are ready, it happens, and no one feels bad or jealous. And let me tell you, this pregnancy is already kicking my ass! I can’t be satisfying those men, and fuck do they love to fuck.”

Now it’s my turn to blush as she continues. “But speaking of fucking, how was Dom? As good as last time?” And she swallows more laughter.

“It was…” It was what? Two words come to mind, but can I say it? It’s cheesy. Butlife alteringis how I would answer.

“Okay, don’t make a pregnant woman wait.”

I wave her off. “Please, you’re not even showing.”

“True,” she agrees with me. “But come on, we tell each other everything.”

“Yeah, I know. Sometimes I think we know too much about the other. Case in point.” I aim my finger toward the hallway leading to their room. “I could have lived not knowing your soon-to- be husbands are having sex right now. Anyway, what keeps your girls from barging in on you all?”

“Locks—ever heard of them? Anyway, the girls are far too busy with Otis.” She points her phone toward me. “I have cameras in their room and around the house, since this place is massive.”

Sure enough, my nieces have my dog on Maggie’s bed, and they have dressed him in a dog hoodie that reads “All about that pug life.” Somehow the grump lets them, but when I try to put a sweater on him when it’s cold outside, he acts like it’s attempted murder.

“Rough life for Otis,” she says, her stare back on me. “Okay, so I won’t get too many details about Dom, but will you at least see each other again?”

I shrug my shoulders because I don’t know. “Like I said, he has my number. We didn’t plan anything or say we’d see one another again. So, who knows.”

“Do you want to see him again?” she asks.

“I’m not sure.”

She takes a sugar cube and throws it overhand at me, and that little fucker stings against the bare skin on my hand. “Ouch, you bitch, what the fuck was that for?”
