Its exterior is a tasteful blend of stone and wood, exuding an air of understated elegance.

"Imagine the dinner parties we could have here," I say, laughter in my voice.
We explore further, finding a cozy library with a window seat and walls of bookshelves waiting to be filled, a home theater perfect for movie nights, and a spacious home office. Each room is a blank canvas, ready for us to leave our mark.
As we pass by each room, I can't resist making a cheeky comment about christening them. Mariya's laughter echoes through the halls, her joy infectious. "We have our work cut out for us," she teases, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
I show her the master bedroom, a luxurious space with a private balcony overlooking the garden. The en-suite bathroom features a large soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower, promising relaxation and intimacy.
"The house is big enough for a family," I say, squeezing her hand gently. "And you have complete freedom to make it your own." Her smile is all the answer I need.

I grin, feeling a surge of anticipation. "Of course." Tonight, we're hosting a dinner for the entire family, a celebration of new beginnings and our future together. Our house is far from complete, but all the same, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to have all of our loved ones under one roof.

I take her hand and lead her toward the back of the house and then outside.
I watch Mariya's face light up as we step into the English garden, a hidden gem I've been saving as the grand finale of our house tour. There’s a child-like wonder in her eyes as she takes in the array of colors and scents. It's a sprawling space, lush with greenery, vibrant flowers, and intricately designed pathways.
