“Legally, it doesn’t work that way. Considering our lines of work, we need to avoid prison.”

Xander lifted a brow. “On the books, Theo gets the title. However, you belong to both of us.”

My attention shifted to Theo, who watched me with an intensity that had my heart drumming an erratic beat.

“Is this what you want, Theo? Do you want to marry me?”

“I’ve never questioned my desire to marry you.”

“Then what’s the problem?”

“There isn’t one. This discussion is to clear up technicalities. You good with it?”

“Are you asking me to marry you?”

He shook his head, his lips curving. “I’m not asking. You’re going to marry me. I want to know if you’ll give us a hard time about it.”

I rolled my eyes. “Of course I will. That’s my normal operating protocol.”

He came toward me, fisting my hair and tilting my head back. “Good to know. One more thing.”

“Go ahead.”

“You’re married to both of us, and sooner rather than later, we will make it public that the three of us are together.”

“Let me guess. I have no say in this decision, either.”

“Fiona was the mastermind of that thought process,” Xander informed me. “She told us how she wanted things handled in her family. You may be a figurehead, after all.”

“If she still wants it when she’s older, I’ll hand it to her. But something tells me Ariana and Tina want in on the action.”

“Are we about to enter the era of the Angelos sisters?”

“Let’s get them out of puberty first. I’ll think about it after that.”

“Now, back to marriage.” Theo’s fingers flexed in my hair for a second. “Xander, get on with it.”

Xander stepped off the bed and walked over to his pants, taking something out of his pocket. When he returned, he took my left hand and slid cool metal onto my finger. I couldn’t help the tears burning the backs of my eyes. Their ring was all I ever wanted, never Andraius’s.

“I want children. It’s not your womb I want. I’m not that fucker.”

“I know this.” I couldn’t help but smile at Xander. “In a few years, we’ll have a houseful if that’s what the two of you want.”

“I hope you remember your words when you’re pregnant nonstop.” Xander ran a thumb along the column of my neck.

“Stop talking and kiss me.”

“Always have to have the last word.” Theo tugged me forward, taking my lips in a devouring kiss.

It was a claiming, filled with the emotions of the promises we’d just made. When Theo pulled away, out of instinct, I turned to Xander, capturing his mouth with the same uninhibited need.

We tasted and savored. It was an intoxicating mix of sensations playing over my skin. Four hands roamed my body, touching everywhere and nowhere near where I wanted them most.

My skin heated and burned, already so sensitive from watching them. The need for these men consumed me.

All of a sudden, a realization hit me. The restraints deep inside no longer existed.

I pulled back, as tears streamed down my cheeks.
