Fuck. This must be her sister. Chelsea has always spoken about her, but I’ve never met her as she’s been away at school. But if this is her sister, does this mean she’s automatically hands off?

“Adam!” She thrusts the beer she’s holding into Chelsea’s hands, then runs and jumps on his back, clinging to him like a spider monkey. She’s making over-exaggerated kissing noises while Chelsea comes up behind her and smacks her ass.

“Get your own man, sis!”

Adam leans forward, jerking his body, and throws her over his head. He catches her, but she’s disheveled and laughing with her entire body.

Her immediate larger-than-life presence captures my attention like no one else ever has.

What I wouldn’t do to be my brother right now and have this woman draped over me? I’m suddenly feeling an emotion I never have before.

Jealousy.

I take a lengthy swig of my beer and observe Chelsea pushing her sister away so she can cozy up to my brother. These two are so in love, but even I can see Adam is not giving it his all.

“Hey Billy! How’s my favorite Casanova?” Chelsea laughs while still holding tight to Adam. He gives her a disapproving face, squeezing her, and she yelps.

“I’m everyone’s favorite. Adam, when are you going to learn this?”

“Come meet my sister.” She turns and yells over her shoulder. “Adley!” Her sister walks right to us and when our eyes meet, I return the matching smile that’s stretched across her face. It’s contagious.

I check her out from head to toe, and stifle the groan building deep in my throat. She’s shorter than me by about six inches, but I bet she’d fit perfectly tucked against my side. I hold my hand out, and she takes it as she greets me. “So, you’re the infamous brother I’ve been hearing about?”

“One and only, baby.” I tease, giving her hand a slight squeeze before I drop it. She smiles back and I pray she can’t hear my heart beating out of my chest. “Chelsea, you didn’t tell me you had a supermodel sister. Where have you been hiding her away?”

Chelsea scoffs and rolls her eyes, and Adley laughs. “Oh, you’re one of those. Just as good looking as you think you are, and with all the lines to match.”

“All I heard is that you think I’m good looking.”

“I’m not surprised.”

We stand for a moment, just taking each other in. My lips twist and I can’t hide the smirk trying to shine through, and she bites her lip, obviously trying to keep her own smile at bay. There’s magic happening here.

“Okayyy.” Chelsea draws out the word. “I’m going to get a drink. You two behave and donotdisappear, Ad.”

I wait for Chelsea to walk away before I step in close to Adley. “So, are you going to be in tow-”

“Billy. I feel this instant attraction thing, too, but let me break it down for you.” She steps right into my space, meeting me toe-to-toe, and runs her hand down my arm, her fingers lingering on the underside of my wrist. She’s got my dick’s attention, that’s for sure. “You’re a cute kid, but still a kid. And I’m not into teaching or training.” She’s got a glimmer in her eye and she shrugs as she says it, trying to be nonchalant, but she’s a tease, and I am here for it.

Chuckling a low laugh, I flip my wrist, capturing her hand with mine, and yank her in close. Our chests brush, and she looks up, her lips slightly parted while I hover over her. “Oh, Adley. There’d be no training necessary on my part.”

“Good to know,” she says, breathlessly.

“Yo! Bill! Knock it off and get over here!”

Glancing past her shoulder, I notice Adam giving me a death stare while Chelsea stands next to him, grinning with her arms crossed over her chest. Adley is still pressed against me, and I untangle our fingers and swipe my finger down the slope of her nose, then tap her chin. “Gotta go,” I whispered into her ear before walking toward my brother.

She snatches my arm as I brush past her, halting me in my tracks. She presses her breasts against my back, and raises up on her tiptoes as she says, “Call me when you leave your teens.” She smacks my ass as she walks by, calling out to my sister, Francesca.

“I’m twenty-one!” I call out quickly, but she pays me no mind.

Well, fuck. I think I’m in love.

Later that night, after many beers and keg stands, I’m standing off to the side on the patio, watching Adley. She’s dancing in a circle with the girls, and I take her in as she draws people in like a moth to a flame. Her radiant, playful energy is incredible, and I just know we’d match that passion with each other. She’s been on my mind all night and it leaves me feeling unsteady, completely off kilter over a woman I just met. And that’s not me. Change is not a friend of mine, so I’m unsure how to feel.

“Maybe you should stop eye fucking Chelsea’s baby sister.”
