She sits on my lap, my cock still inside her, when we are both spent, and she smiles at me.

I run my hand up the back of her neck, into her hair, staring into her bright green eyes.

“You seem to get more beautiful every day, my little bird.”

“I love you, Antonio. More than I have ever thought was possible,” she whispers.

“I love you, Seraphina, more than I could ever have dreamed of.”

For a moment, neither of us says anything as I stare at her, thinking about everything that we have been through.

I can’t believe that when we first met, either of us could have imagined that this is where we would end up. And with her seeking revenge and my father dying, our lives have changed so much. Somehow, we both ended up here in New York, facing challenges together and apart - and somehow, through it all, we supported each other.

We belong together.

We are still together through everything that has happened, and that can only mean one thing.

This is true love, and I never, ever want to lose it.

Sitting here, in the garden, with Seraphina on my lap, our bodies still connected, I know in my heart what I want to do. And I smile, the widest, happiest smile I have ever felt play across my face.

“What are you grinning at?” She tilts her head, watching me. “You look like you just received the best news in the world.”

“In a way, I did,” I reply, still smiling. Because I'm going to make her mine. Forever.

“Can I take theblindfold off yet?” I moan, feeling nervous, walking without being able to see.

“Do you trust me?” he says, with laughter in his voice.

“I do. Is it still daytime?” I chuckle.

“The sun will set soon, and that is why we have arrived at just the right time. There is a step in front of you. Good, there you go.”

My sneakers pad against what feels like a metal grate, and the sound of water splashing against a wall fills my ears. Then I step onto flooring that is moving, drifting up and down.

“Are we on a boat?” I ask, feeling surprised.

“Yes, we are. We are on a boat. But not just any boat.”

I feel his hands pulling the blindfold off my face, and when it falls from my eyes, I blink a few times, adjusting to the light. Then I look around.

We are on a yacht, a beautiful yacht, with crisp white decks and dark wood accents. We are standing on the deck, looking into the yacht through a gorgeous arched doorway. Above the doorway is the name of the yacht.

“Seraphim,” I whisper.

“It is your yacht, my little bird.”

“You bought me a yacht?” I spin to face him in surprise.

The smile on his face, seeing my reaction, fills my heart with joy and love.

“And now the captain is going to take us out to sea so that we can watch the sunset and enjoy dinner together.”

He looks very pleased with himself as the yacht heads out into the open waters, and we stand against the railing, watching the ocean crash against the hull. The fresh, salty air fills my lungs, and I can't stop smiling.
