He pulls back and glances between my legs and gives me a reassuring smile before latching onto my clit. I let out a loud moan, arching my back as more slick gushes from me.

“Wow,” Jake says, his voice muffled against my skin. “I love it.” One finger glides inside of me, coated in my slick. “You’re a queen, Ella. My queen.”

He turns his hand and adds another finger and taps on my inner wall. I gasp at the sensation, my body trembling with pleasure. “Don’t stop.”

He chuckles against me and licks my clit more deliberately.

His hands grasp my thighs, pulling me closer to his face.

As he works his fingers in and out of me, more slick builds up inside of me.

“Ahh!” There’s a deep pressure in my belly which intensifies with every swirl of his tongue.

“I can feel it,” Jake murmurs against me.

He keeps going, his tongue flicking and teasing. My heart races and my breath hitches. I love every second.

I’m so caught up in the moment that I’m not even aware of the tears streaming down my face.

As he finally pulls away, I’m left panting and breathless, my body tingling all over. My limbs are weak, like jelly, and I feel a sense of overwhelming pleasure seeping out of me.

Jake gently helps me lie down next to him, his arms wrapping around me in a warm embrace. “You were incredible,” he whispers.

“I’ve never felt anything like that before,” I confess, snuggling closer to him. “It was... overwhelming.”

He strokes my hair, still catching my breath and gathering my thoughts.

“That’s because what we have is special because we’re together now.” Jake looks into my eyes, and I nod. “Despite what you decide tomorrow.”

He climbs onto my body, his piercing green eyes search mine. I’m obviously too quiet because he responds first. “No need to say anything, Ella.”

“I’ll do what is right for us.”

Chapter 6

Ella

After driving for half an hour, I walk into the Fairway Hotel. It overlooks the golf course that sits in an expensive part of the city. Inside, I walk in the direction of my meeting place.

The elegant restaurant is adorned with chandeliers and white tablecloths. It has large, floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a stunning view of the manicured green golf course. And in the distance, skyscrapers rise in the affluent part of the city.

It’s all very different from where I live. I don’t fit in here, though I’ve tried my hardest to look like I do.

My nostrils twitch as I stare around. It’s filled with delicious aromas from fragrant herb crusted food being served at the tables to the smells of freshly brewed coffee, but also by expensive perfume and colognes.

I suspect some of these fragrances come from a bottle. Yet some will be natural—coming from the omegas and alphas in the room.

My eyes lace with tears.

I can smell again, and it’s becoming more vibrant.

When did it happen?

I can’t think about it right now, or why the sudden chill runs down my body. I don’t know what caused it. Nothing seems out of place. Even the soft jazz music playing in the background creates a relaxed atmosphere.

I pull at my cream blazer, dragging the edges over my large breasts.

The clinking of glasses can be heard over the gentle hum of voices. And now and then, the sound of a golf club hitting a ball echoes in from the nearby course.
