And as she shared all the details of the things she’d done with her Daddy—well, a slightly less scandalous version, anyway—even Portia seemed to be hanging on every single word.

Maybe everything would work out in the end after all.

PROPERTY OF DADDY

BRADEN

Braden glanced up as his office door opened and Lottie poked her head inside. “Busy?”

“Never too busy for you, little one. Come in.” He watched as she stepped in and closed the door behind her. The uneasiness that had been in her eyes before she’d left for brunch had disappeared from her eyes, and he was relieved to see her looking like the happy, carefree girl he’d always known. “How was brunch with the girls?”

“Excellent. I think Portia’s still a little pissed at me, but I can’t really blame her. I’d be pretty annoyed if any of them assumed I’d drop them as a friend just because their financial situation changed a bit.”

“She’ll come around, I’m sure.”

“She will.” Mischief crept into her smile and danced in her eyes. “Frankie won’t give her a choice.”

“I still haven’t decided if Frankie is a good influence or a terrible one.”

“Yes,” Lottie answered, tossing her head back and laughing. “The answer is yes.”

“Mmhmm.” Snaking out a hand, he pulled her down onto his lap so he could nibble at her neck as she giggled. “And what kind of influence was she today?”

“Umm, well…”

The hesitant tone, as well as the way she was squirming on his lap sent his Daddy radar pinging wildly. Lifting his head, he pinned her with a stern look. “Well, what, little girl?”

“I should probably just show you.”

She slid from his lap before he could tighten his hold, but it was clear his little girl was up to something, so he let her go.

Standing in the middle of his office, she reached behind her to unzip her dress, letting the straps slide down her arms before she wiggled the rest of it down her body to pool at her feet.

“Holy fucking hell. You look…” At a loss for words, he crooked a finger, indicating she should come to him.

“You like?” Beaming the way only a woman who knew she had a man in her thrall could, she posed, showing off her outfit.

If it could be called that. Pink lace and white leather crisscrossed over her torso, cupping her breasts, and framing her bare mound. Attached to the leather and lace around her hips were four leather straps holding up thigh-high white stockings. The look was completed by a pair of perfectly white heels with infamous red bottoms.

She looked like innocence, deliberately wrapped up in the most tempting package imaginable.

“I haven’t even shown you the best part.” With a high-pitched giggle, she turned around and bent over.

And right there on her ass was a tattoo stating Property of Daddy with a giant pink bow.

“You got a tattoo?”

“Just a temporary one. I thought it would be fun for tonight, since we’re telling your family about our engagement.”

Tilting his head to the side, he studied the tattoo, his cock pressing painfully against his pants. “One of our members owns a tattoo shop. How would you feel about making it permanent?”

Straightening, she turned and straddled him. “Sure. On one condition. You have to get one, too. Maybe one that just says ‘Daddy’ to match mine.”

“Done.”

A knock on the door interrupted him just as he was leaning in to kiss her, and Braden swore under his breath. “Goddammit. Whoever it is can wait. Go away,” he called, praying the interloper would listen.
