Marco looks up at me, surprised by the request “Why are
you so worried about it?” he asks cautiously.
“Because she needs to be saved and we didn’t do anything
about it,” I reply with a sadness in my voice.
“We didn’t know, Vince!” Marco protests.
“What if it was Sarah?” I continue urgently.
I saw Marco shiver, as he felt a chill run down his spine at
the thought of something happening to Sarah. “I do owe
everything to you, Vince for being there for me and Sarah
through all of that bull shit, even if you didn’t know. You
were there helping me and her through our demons,” Marco
sighs.

He looks back behind the door then back at me. “Alright,
alright. I’ll have one of the guys look into her!” Marco
promises, easing some of my worries.
“Thank you,man,” I exclaim gratefully before pulling
Marco into a tight hug. My tears soak through my brother’s
shirt as I sobbed uncontrollably into his shoulder
something that never happened in our family since we were
young children playing together without any care in the
world.
The weight of what had happened settles heavily onto my
shoulders as he tries to comfort me.
