I hear the slightest noise coming from one of the crates in
the middle of the warehouse. Signaling the guys, we circle
the crate and one of them begins to open it. The top flies off
and bullets are flying in the same breath, Asher was indeed
in that crate and he is not going down without a fight. My
ears are ringing from the fire fight but I can still hear the
men shouting out in pain as they get hit from the random
bullets. I duck and take cover behind a crate to avoid a stray bullet
and to get a clean shot in on Asher. He’s fast, ducking and
dodging my shots as well as managing to still shoot out
random bursts here and there from his own rifle. The
adrenaline is pumping hot and heavy as I track Asher’s
movements around the crates until one of the guys that I
haven’t even bothered to learn the name of pistol whips
