Ian and Joseph’s plans. We find out that they are planning
to attack us tonight, while we were at the meeting. Asher
had found out and tried to warn us, but they caught him
before he could. “We need to hurry and get back to the
meeting at the shop. We can’t let them catch us off guard,”
I say, grabbing my gun and heading towards the door. “I’m
coming with you,” Emma says, grabbing her own gun.
“No, Emma. It’s too dangerous,” I protest, not wanting to
put her in harm’s way. “I can handle myself. And I want to
help. I’m not just some innocent victim anymore, Vince. I will fight for us. For Asher! I’m ready to kill those fucking
bastards! ,” she says, determination shining in her eyes. I
nod, knowing that she’s right.
Together, with a team,we head back to the shop, ready to
take down anyone who stands in our way and protect our
family. As we approach the warehouse, we can see that Ian
and Joseph’s men are already there, setting up for their
attack. I quickly formulate a plan in my head, knowing that
we are outnumbered.
We have the element of surprise and I have complete trust
in my family to have my back. After informing everyone of
this loose plan,we make our move, taking down their
guards without making a sound. My heart is racing as we get closer to the main area,
where Ian and Joseph are waiting for us. “Vince! We’ve
been expecting you. Where’s my pet?” Ian snarls, his eyes
scanning the room for Emma. “She’s not your pet anymore,
Ian. She’s my girl and she’s not afraid of you anymore,” I
reply confidently, my grip on my gun tightening. Suddenly,
all hell breaks loose. Gunshots ring out as we all start
