Hopefully.

“Everything happens in the Hamptons, princess.” Jacob smirked as he slid his hand into his pocket. Then he pulled it out and slid a square cut diamond and gold ring onto her finger.

“Jacob!” Leilani gasped.

“Marry me,” he said with absolutely no fear.

This was the woman he was going to spend the rest of his life with. He knew they were both stupidly in love with one another.

Doubt and fear were a thing of the past when it came to Leilani. He’d never let that shit get in the way of a wonderful life with her.

Or his family.

“You’re so bossy.” She smiled, holding out her hand to study his ring. “But you have good taste and I’m carrying your baby, so okay.”

He chuckled. “Wrong answer.”

“Yes, I’ll marry you. Who else am I going to marry?”

“Try again,” he growled playfully.

She pressed her lips against his. “I love you, Jacob Dufort. It would be my honor to be your wife.”

“Much better.” He grinned as he scooped her up and carried her inside their home.

Jacob smiled as he climbed the sweeping stairs, knowing he was a fortunate man.

He had the woman of his dreams and two families—both the Dufort’s and the Montgomery’s—and now he had his own little family.

No matter what life threw at him, Jacob would be the best husband and father he could be.

And now he had one of his own.
