As soon as we stepped inside of Jolie’s house, Lily got pulled away by Jolie to put the tree topper on and then help with cookie decorating, and Anthony was stolen by his great-grandparents.

Caleb draped an arm around my shoulders and squeezed me while smiling warmly.

This life had given me challenges and scars, but for moments like this, I would do it all again. To watch my family smile and laugh together was the greatest joy I could experience.
