Hunter broke the kiss but immediately burrowed his face into her throat, nipping and kissing her skin from her neck on a tingling path to one ear. “Please come inside with us,” he whispered.

She nodded and whispered back, “Okay. Let’s go.”

Whatever Lilianna was expecting to find inside of the large two-story stone home, she was completely surprised by the opulent interior made of wood and marble as far as the eye could see.

To the left was a rustic yet rich-looking formal dining room. To the right a gorgeous living room complete with a stone fireplace. She saw the corner of a high-end leather sofa from the entryway.

Lavish Western chic was what she’d call the decoration in their big home. There was definitely an upscale-lodge feel and even with all the expensive furnishings, she loved the inviting nature of their place.

Dylan flipped the light on in the entryway, illuminating a circular staircase leading to the second floor. Were their bedrooms up there? Was that where they were headed now?

Would she even be able to handle two men in bed? Lilianna was very nervous all of a sudden, but her libido charged on without constraint, and she couldn’t wait to find out what sex with the both of them might involve.

She shrugged off Hunter’s borrowed jean jacket and handed it to him. He hung it up on the wooden coatrack next to the front door.

“Would you like a drink?” Dylan asked.

“No.” I want sex, but I’m nervous. “Thanks, though,” she added. “Is there someplace I could freshen up?”

Dylan pointed to a doorway on the right side. “Down the hall, first door on the left.”

She needed a few minutes alone to settle her nerves. It was time to pay the piper, although she wondered who’d gotten the better end of the deal.

Lilianna took a few steps toward where he’d gestured, then found her backbone. She wanted to express her gratitude. She owed them. She paused and turned back.

In a sultry tone meant to intrigue them, and also fortify her nerve, she said, “When I return, I’ll be ready for some of that sharing we discussed earlier.”

Dylan Elliott’s mouth fell open at her blatant remark. He’d expected to have to broach carefully any possibility of sex this evening, even though he’d expressly told her what to expect.

Given that she’d obviously been trying to protect herself from a guy waiting to kidnap her, she shouldn’t have to pay up with her body. But she winked and disappeared down the hallway to the half bath. Perhaps she was intrigued, and if so, he planned to make her glad she’d come home with them.

Nevertheless, Dylan had never been so immediately taken by a woman he’d only just met. Even stranger still was his best friend’s reaction.

Hunter looked like a man already in love, which was so unlike his usual detached manner with regard to those of the opposite sex. Dylan had to stop and take note of his friend’s uncharacteristic actions with Lilianna. He’d smiled, well, half smirked anyway, in her direction several times tonight.

Dylan couldn’t remember a time when his best friend had looked this excited about a prospective date to share or had smiled about it. Hunter was methodical in most things he did. Pursuing the opposite sex for their unusual lifestyle was the perfect example. His lovemaking technique was no different. He was precise. Always.

They’d been in the bar to take a look for possibilities. It had been a while since they’d shared anyone. Although tonight had been all about looking for a temporary someone, Dylan figured Lilianna was not just a one-night-stand opportunity.

“What do you think?” he asked.

Hunter paused before answering. He soon cleared his throat. “There is something about her that fascinates me beyond expectation. That’s what I think.”

“Meaning, what?”

“It means I’m not looking to fuck her all through the night, only to buy her a quick take-out breakfast in the morning right before handing her cab fare. Maybe she could hang out with us for a little while, the coming week at least. Given how we left that bar, and what happened in the parking lot, she might need a place to hide out.”

“Really?” Dylan shook his head in shock. When was the last time they’d spent more than a weekend with a woman? Never.
