Grant had said it, hadn’t he? If this didn’t work out, we were through, and I had to find a way to keep us all together. We were all we’d ever had. We were orphans. Very rich ones, but orphans, since we were eighteen and our parents had flown off to celebrate an empty nest. Their small plane had crashed on the way to a private island in the Caribbean, and we’d been alone ever since.

But even before then, we’d been alone. Mom and Dad had taken any excuse they could to fly off and leave us three with nannies. It was how they thought life should be. They’d done their duty to the family and after that, it was time to have fun. They’d produced three intelligent, capable boys at one time, a miracle, and something they’d been thankful for. Mainly because it meant they had their freedom.

We’d grown up to be very intelligent young men that excelled at whatever we set our minds to. We would run the family business as it had been always run, with capable hands and minds. Which didn’t mean we didn’t want to play. We knew where we stood with school and our futures, so we knew we could take some time to play now.

And tonight, I planned to play with the fucking naughty mind off the woman we’d spent all these weeks texting. I wanted to know, too, if the woman that wrote those cock-teasing words was as beautiful as her words. I wanted her to be because any woman that could make me that hard with a text deserved a good fucking.

I stepped into the bar and looked around.

Where was she?

Chapter Twelve

Grant

Life sucks, then you die. Sometimes literally. I watched my brothers as they finished discussing which of us would go to meet the filthy, young woman we’d spent weeks texting. They’d immediately excluded me, which wasn’t a surprise. Maybe they had a good reason not to send me.

I hadn’t always been the best brother to them and they didn’t trust me now. They had their reasons, and I’d had mine for doing the things I’d done. Now wasn’t the time to think about that shit, though. It wasn’t time to dredge up the past or to torment myself with memories. It was time to focus on the present and what the future could be. With her.

I wanted to know what she looked like. I wanted to know if the face and the body matched the things she’d typed to me in the afternoons when it was my turn to have the phone. I imagined a sweet, innocent, but beautiful face. She had been deliciously innocent when we started our little game. Now, we’d taught her to use all the words that made her hesitate at the beginning.

She was like a succulent red cherry, ready to be picked. Or I hoped she was.

They made their decision and Keith left the room. Colin walked away, off to his room to disappear into the world created by his headphones as he blissed out on the music he pumped into his head. That was Colin’s way to cope. Keith liked to fuck. That was his coping mechanism. Mine was different. I liked to walk, play soft background music, and to think things through.

Which meant I spent a lot of time in my own head. Too much time, according to my brothers. They were never satisfied with anything I did and I’d learned a long time ago to do my own thing. I’d never do anything right. At least, that’s the impression they gave me.

We were triplets, identical in every way, right down to the faint freckle at the side of our right eye. Except when it came to who we were as individuals. That’s where you started to see the difference. Keith was wild, crazy, and loved to laugh. Colin was serious, the one that thought about and planned for our futures and was more sober than any of us.

That didn’t mean he was a total bore. He liked the game we’d started oh so long ago, as much as Keith and me. It had started with one girlfriend. She’d hinted to Keith, back in our high school days, that she’d had fantasies about all three of us. Keith, being the open-minded kind of guy that he was, decided that he’d talk to us about it.

She hadn’t known it at first, but she’d fucked all three of us in the span of a week. She’d caught on eventually, and rather than being freaked out by it, she’d wanted more. All of us at the same time. That had been the payback she wanted from us for doing something that some might consider awful. So, we’d obliged.

It had kept her quiet, and we’d all left high school happy with much broader ideas about what good sex was than the average teenager. We’d carried on with the game our first year at NYU, but then we’d met a girl that kept even Keith’s attention. It hadn’t ended well.

I stood up and went to my own bedroom to change. They might have decided that Keith would be the one to ease our little cherry delight into the plan we’d made, but I wanted to see her too. I wanted to know if the woman that made my cock so hard deserved what I had to give.

I dressed quickly in a pair of dark blue jeans, a gray sweater, and, threw on a leather jacket. I’d find somewhere in the bar to stay out of the way and watch what happened. It was a large bar, with booths on one side, a game room where there were video games and a pool table, and a little café section in another room to the left of the bar. There were plenty of places to make sure I wasn’t seen.

Keith was still upstairs showering when I made my way over to the bar. I found a place down by the window where you ordered food and sat down. The jukebox hid me from the bar section, and I could turn away if they made their way over to the booths. Perfect.

I watched as a couple came in, a guy I knew from class and his girlfriend, so I tipped a finger in their direction. He nodded back and went to order a drink for his girlfriend. A woman came in, on her own, but she was too old to be a freshman. Our sexy little typist was a freshman, only eighteen years old still. Her birthday was in late December, so she was legal, but only just.

I held my breath as someone stopped at the door and hesitated. I could see a female form through the glass in the middle, but that was all I could see of her. A woman with curly, light brown hair walked in. She was pretty but she didn’t create any kind of spark in me.

She turned her head and I saw her then. If she wasn’t the one, I wanted her to be. Long blond hair that curled at the end, blue eyes that darted all over the place with just a hint of worry. I knew she must be the one, simply by the way she kept looking around as if she was searching for someone.

She wasn’t exactly thin, but I liked that about her. She was thick, the kind you could hang on to. The kind that had just enough softness to make fucking blissful. She definitely had curves, too. The black sweater dress she had on with knee-length black boots showed her figure off well. Even with a little weight on her, you could see she had an hourglass shape and her breasts… fuck, even if she wasn’t our girl, I would dearly love to get my hands on those breasts of hers. I could die happy between them. Now whether it was my face or my cock, that was a question I’d like to answer.

I watched her as she went to the bar and sat on a stool. Her friend joined her, but then left her to head towards the bathroom. I waited in the dark recess created by the jukebox and the order window and smiled. That had to be her. And she was more than perfect.

Chapter Thirteen

Celia

I tucked a lock of my hair behind my ear and looked around. Some guy over by the jukebox, busy studying the menu, a couple at the bar, some people in the games room. I looked back at the guy by the jukebox, but he wasn’t interested in anything but food. I knew because he didn’t look up, or around, at all.

I smiled at Becky as she walked into the bar and headed straight for a drink. We couldn’t buy alcohol yet, but we could order food and soda. She asked for drinks for us both, and I sat down on the bar stool. I couldn’t help but look around, over and over again. “He should have been here by now, right?”

I muttered the words to my friend, and she sighed with a frown of exasperation.

“Maybe he got caught in traffic. Give him a little time, Celia. Sheesh.” She turned to sip at the glass of tea the barman passed to her and then turned back to join me in my survey.

A shadow darkened the small glass window of the door and I held my breath. The bell dinged over the door and a man

in a black sweater that was made for the muscular shoulders it hid walked in. I held my breath, my eyes wide, as I scanned over him.

Light brown hair, a clean-shaven and striking face, with lips that were meant for kissing. And his eyes. Fuck.

I breathed a little, but only little because those piercing, crystalline gray eyes found mine, and I forgot to live, much less breathe. I’d heard that term a million times but never felt it. Not until the moment this man looked at me. I felt like he saw my soul, tore the clothes from it, and then ravished it completely, and that was with only a couple of seconds of him looking into my eyes. His lips stretched over his face, a triumphant smile, and I knew it was him.

“Oh, fuck.” I heard Becky say behind me but ignored her. She didn’t exist anymore. Only he did.

“Celia, fuck! That’s him, the guy from earlier. Celia! Listen to me!” She pulled at my arm and hissed in my ear. I brushed her hand away and walked up to him.

“Hi,” I said simply. “I’m Celia.”

“I’m Keith. I think we’ve exchanged a few texts lately?” He asked, but he knew I was the one.

“I’m Celia,” I said nervously as he said nothing but stared at me.

“It’s lovely to meet you finally.” I couldn’t look away from his face as it came closer, down close to mine. He kissed my left cheek and I leaned into. Already my body yearned for him, and I couldn’t move away from the heat that radiated from him.

Lost. I was lost and I didn’t even care.
