Me: Please stop calling him that, but I will. And hell yeah! We gotta hit The Tavern. Love you too.

Our vacation was close to being over and we hadn’t even made it out yet. Between the kids, and our men making plans, Byrdie and I found ourselves doing everything but. I wouldn’t complain though because Highland took dating me and making sure I enjoyed myself while we were here seriously.

I locked my phone, not expecting Byrdie to say anything else. I went back to singing my song that fit Highland and me the more I listened to it.

“’Cause boy you got me anchored in the sea of you. Floating in our love is all I want to do.”

“Do you plan to sit out here listening to that song all day, baby?” Highland’s voice sounded off, causing me to jolt up from the lounge chair. I had been out here since Mr. Kelvin took the kids to the beach. He said he was still on grandpa duty.

I leaned my head back to see Highland standing over me with a white beater on, displaying every tattoo on his arms. It still amazed me how he was able to hide them under his uniform every day. My smile grew wide as I took him in, now thinking about other plans.

“Maybe. The kids aren’t here, and somehow you sent Troy and Byrdie on the yacht today, where I just knew I would be, well at least all together. I was ready to show ’em my skills of how I can drive a boat. You know I’m still trying to take your job from you, Captain,” I joked as my eyes watched him carefully as he walked around to my front view.

“That was the plan but I figured you were used to that type of thing by now, ya know seeing how our first date was on one and we made love on one the first night y’all got here. Don’t worry though, today, I got other water plans for you.” Highland licked his lips as he bent down and grabbed at my ankles, yanking me down the chair, causing me to gasp as I landed on my back. And like last night, he stretched them wide, giving himself full access to the spot that was now forming her own waterfall.

“I’ll never get used to anything we share together, baby. But I won’t lie and say that I’m not intrigued by these other water plans when I’m pretty sure you just made your own waterfall where the tip of your dick is pressing.” Highland’s cocky grin showed up letting me know he felt her.

“I know, and as bad as I would love to be swimming inside her, I want you to make memories beyond me stretching you wide on our first vacation. So, come on.” He pushed up, standing, slipping my sandals on before holding out his hand for me. I rolled my eyes, causing Highland to chuckle.

“Calm down, little Liv.” I should’ve seen this coming when he leaned down and tapped my pussy. Of course, I responded as my back arched and I whimpered lowly. This time when Highland held his hand out, I accepted it.

We walked through the house, with Highland stopping only to lock the doors.

“Wait, baby. I don’t have anything, not even my phone. What if the kids call?”

“I got everything we need, and like I told you, fuck them kids. They’re fine Olive, trust me. Kelvin can handle them. These last couple of days of your vacation are about us. They are under strict orders not to bother you for the next couple of hours.” He was moving fast. I was put in the back of an iDrive with Highland getting in on the other side. I didn’t argue with him as we were whisked away.

When we ended up at the dock with his other vacant yacht in my view, my face twisted up at Highland who wore a smug grin.

“I’m not mad, just… you said no yachts today. So what are we doing here?” I tried to keep my tone neutral and not let the disappointment come through, but I failed miserably as the whine came out.

He laughed as he grabbed my hand, kissing the back.

“True, but I did say other water activities, and what I have planned requires us to head out from here. You’ve never questioned my decisions before, have faith in me to lead you properly, Olive. I promise you by the end of the day you’ll thank me.” He tossed me a wink as he got out, with my door coming open seconds later.

We made it to the walkway where I noticed jet skis. I looked up at Highland who wore a sly smirk.

“Ooh, Captain, can I drive, please?” I asked as I left his side, rushing over to where the man who looked to be the owner was waiting for us. I was so excited that I started bouncing back and forth like a damn kid.

“Do you know how?” Of course I shook my head. I had never even been on one, but figured it was like riding a bike or him. And I was a pro at both of those activities.

“No but I ride you— I mean I can drive boats, how hard could this be?” He shook the man’s hand who stood by laughing lowly.

“How about the first ride out you let me at least show you the key points of controlling it while full throttle in the water.” I poked my lip out with my now dropped shoulders, giving into a full pout.

“Okay,” I said dryly. Highland was on me now, adding a life jacket.

“First step is safety, Olive.” He pulled to tighten it as he brought me closer to him, placing his lips on mine. Once he turned me loose, he helped me on first then put his jacket on and proceeded to get on in front of me.

“Do you see this lanyard? It attaches to you and the key. Just in case you get tossed off the jet ski will shut off.” I took note as Highland put it on the key then himself.

“Now, hold onto me as tight as you can and don’t let go.” That was a request I could do forever. I wrapped my arms around Highland’s waist as he started us up. Our take off was gentlebefore he quickly picked up speed. My scream scared me as it came out unexpectedly.

Between the wind and the water I couldn’t keep my eyes open, so I laid my head on Highland’s back as he used one hand to squeeze my hand.

“You good, baby?” I nodded, hoping he understood that. We bounced up and down against the waves as Highland zoomed us around the ocean. He slowed down and leaned us both into the turn he made. I tossed my head back as I yelled.

“Woo!” We made it back to the dock in no time.
