“Careful. Can’t break you.” Joe laughed. His laugh was magnetic. Jacob

looked up at his beautiful face and instead of lust, felt something else

stirring within him: guilt.

Always fucking guilt!

His insides felt like they were knotting extra tight and he could feel a

confession building up in him like an edging volcano. He was about to say

something terrible when Joe interrupted his thoughts with a simple kiss. After a moment he pulled back and Jacob looked up into Joe’s beautiful

twinkling eyes.

“Was that okay?” Joe asked.

“I don’t know. You should do it again.” Jacob said, returning the

passionate embrace with a ferocity he hadn’t realized he had. Their

tongues did a ballet, and for a moment, everything was peaceful and still. “Does that help?” Joe pulled away for a moment. But then Jacob

devoured his mouth with an intense ferocity that would have melted glass. He wasn’t sure how long they kissed, but it felt like an eternity. The

best kind of eternity. One of those moments where time stood still and it

was just him and Joe.

When he pulled back he looked into Joe’s eyes and smiled. “You’re pretty amazing.” Jacob said.

“I’m just a humble servant.”

“Hardly humble.” Jacob chuckled. “You’re beautiful and sweetand

caring. You actually see the bright side of things. You’re like one of those

optimists I’ve always heard about but never seen in the wild.” “We are a dying breed.” Joe quipped.

“Don’t say breed. We’re in public.”

“Then kiss me again.”

“But we’re out here. Where people can see us.” Jacob flushed. “And?”

“Don’t you care?” Jacob asked. “What if someone is walking a child in

nature or some of that shit?”

Joe smirked and pressed his hips forcibly into Jacob.

“I might’ve cared before. But with this- I don’t know. Something just

feels right, you know? Like there’s something that clicked. Something I’ve

been dancing around for a long time but the second we began- I can’t

explain it- But there’s something between us. Something special. Isn’t
