“I’m not teasing you, woman, I’m pleasuring you. Does it not feel good?”

“It feels like I’m going to die of joy.”

“Well, don’t die yet, love. There’s so much more I want to show you.”

“But don’t stop what you’re doing now,” she begged.

He moved to kiss her neck and whispered, “Then come for me.”

She knew exactly what he meant—having touched herself before—though the idea of such a private pleasure being performed for another was nerve-wracking. “Will you watch?” she asked.

“Unless you want me to close my eyes.”

“No,” she said impulsively. “You should see. After all, you’re why I feel so good.”

“Ah, Heather, love.” He captured her lower lip and sucked, drawing out the kiss as he continued to toy with her in an ever-faster pattern, until she gave herself up to the wave of bliss and clung to him, her arms twined around his shoulders as she sighed though the lingering aftershocks.

When he withdrew his hand, she felt the moisture that came with it, and asked if that was supposed to happen.

“It’s good,” he assured her. “The wetter you are, the more I can stretch you now, the less uncomfortable the next part will be.”

“Stretching…” she echoed, finally, finally connecting the fact that the place where his fingers had been would shortly be occupied by a much thicker part of him. “How? You’re so big.”

“Just trust me.”

“I do,” she promised, kissing him.

He pushed her legs apart even more, and settled himself over her. No more holding back, no more pretending that they didn’t want each other. Heather was sick of pretending not to care, when her whole body was aching for him.

“Ready, darling?”

Heather nodded, her eyes wide and locked on him. He eased into her, very slowly, too slowly. She put her hands on his hips and suddenly gripped him tightly, pulling him into her as she gave a little scream of impatience.

“Pain?” he asked, stilling.

“No. I want toknow,” she whispered fiercely. What had all this waiting beenfor?

All at once, he rolled onto his back, carrying Heather with him. She was startled, but then gasped when he thrust inside her, sending her nerves into a cascade of excitement.

“I think you’ll like it this way,” he said.

“Yes,” she agreed in a breathy, eager tone. Looking down at Niall was a novel and deeply intriguing perspective. She smiled slowly, realizing that she could watch the rise and fall of his chest, and that he was insanely aroused by her, for her.

Despite his obvious need, he moved slowly to prolong the pleasure, to keep them both in this rapturous moment when everything wasright. She was gorgeously alert, her hips and thighs begging for him to caress and stroke until she was draped across him, molded to him.

He angled his pelvis while he kept hold of her hips, eager to find the pleasure they both needed so badly. Heather writhed over him, her hands flexing and gripping his shoulders as she got closer and closer to her peak.

And then she was there, crying out in startled joy, not expecting the intensity of it, the sensation of coming with a man inside her utterly new. She was totally consumed by the experience.

Niall was moaning her name, and he stiffened as he came within her, holding her hips hard against his, bringing her chest to his own, his big hands spread across her back to hold her to him.

Moments later, he came back to himself, cradling a swooning Heather in his arms as his breathing slowed. He rolled to the side, setting her softly next to him as he finally withdrew.

“Niall,” she whispered. She opened her eyes, finding that his face was close to hers, his eyes intent. “How did you wait so long if you knew it would be like that?”

He smiled slightly. “I nearly didn’t wait, if you remember.” He pulled a few strands of hair that had drifted onto her cheek, then ran his thumb very gently over her swollen, pinked lips. “You’re worth the wait, love.”

Everything felt newer now, simpler. When Heather tucked herself next to him, fitting her limbs perfectly into the spaces made by his own, it felt so right. Like everything should be solved as easily as the puzzle of their bodies.
