He deepens the kiss and leaves them both breathless as sparks fly between them. Caleb backs Renea into the desk lifting her to sit on the edge, dragging his hands down her thighs and wrapping her legs around him. He drags her body into his, pressing her close, trapping her arms against his chest between them. Renea releases a moan in their entangled mouths. Caleb pushed in between her legs allowing his hardening cock to press against her opening, only being held back by his straining pants at this point.

They both jump as a knock sounds at the door. Caleb releases Renea in a sigh of disappointment before straightening himself and stepping away to the door. He glances back at Renea, making sure she has adjusted herself before opening the door. Caleb looked up at a man in a white suit. He was dressed in a suit and clearly on security detail by the looks of him. Caleb nodded at the man to go ahead.

"Sorry sir but there is a situation in the video room you may want to see." The man glances at Renea before continuing. "It is best if you see this in person."

Caleb swore, "Fine I will be there in a moment." Caleb closed the door and turned back to Renea. He walked up to her laying a gentle hand on her cheek and capturing a chaste kiss. "Come, let us go see what the problem is now. We may have to sneak away earlier than we should to continue our…" he let his eyes and hands wander south but didn't finish his statement. He turned wrapping his arm around her waist, keeping Renea slightly in front of him to hide his bulge that still strained his pants, threatening to burst free at any moment.

They walked into the video room, located through an entrance at the back of the massive room through another hidden curtain and a biometric lock. Monitors lined the room and two people sat in front of them, focused on their keyboards in front of them.

"Alright, guys what do we have here?" Caleb steps forward to see what the issue is leaving Renea standing by the entrance.

"Well, it seems we've been hacked, sir." One of the men spoke slowly.

"What the fuck do you mean we have been hacked?!" Caleb's voice boomed around the room. He snatches a man out of the seat and takes his chair clicking away on the keyboard at rapid pace. "What the fuck is happening guys? Why is he in our system and what the fuck do you mean we are locked out? Who the fuck is this guy?" Caleb continues to dig deeper trying to figure out what to do next.

"He has us locked out of the system, sir. We apparently have been on a loop on select cameras for the last forty-five minutes and never knew it. Once we realized what we were seeing we tried to reboot the system and realized we were completely locked out. I have never seen anything this complex." The guy behind Caleb gave him the rundown he was looking for before stepping to another computer chair.

Caleb felt Renea walk up behind him but his eyes stayed trained on the computer screen. "I just need to find the right door. No program is ever completely closed." Renea watched in fascination as the men searched for something, anything. "The encryption this man put down is insane. Why did he take our system though? What was he wanting? This is just the system for event surveillance and the gallery security. What is it he doesn't want us to discover?"

Caleb was becoming increasingly agitated by the second. Everyone in the room could sense it. He growled and everyone stiffened. Renea placed a hand on Caleb's shoulder and he instantly stilled. Caleb glanced away for the first time since sitting down and met her eyes. He nodded acknowledging the need to calm down and returned to the screen. Another thirty minutes passed in silence as the men worked away. Caleb slams a hand down on the desk, "Done!" Caleb yelled triumphantly. "I found the in we needed. We have our systems back. Now get those encryptions in place and double up on em." Caleb covered his face in his hands, sighed, and stood up turning back to Renea.

He doesn't say a word as he walks hand in hand out the door with Renea. He takes her straight out the front door and out of the building into the night air. Most of the reporters had dwindled off now, others stood around smoking and talking hoping for something exciting to capture. Caleb walked over to his car and opened the door allowing Renea time to climb into the back before going around to climb in himself. He doesn't say a word as the driver puts the car in drive and moves into traffic and away from the event.

They sit in silence for a while before Caleb grabs Renea's hand. "I am sorry, love. Tonight did not go exactly how I had planned." Caleb looked over at Renea with a face full of regret.

Renea smiles shyly, "Another time perhaps."

Caleb's face showed the sadness he held but he smiled back and kissed her deeply. Pulling back, he whispered, "Anytime for you, hun." They pulled up outside of Renea's building and Caleb hesitated before opening the door. "I had hoped this night would end differently or maybe not at all. There are some security measures I need to look into though after tonight's events. I also need to know you are safe while I take care of this." Caleb's resolve waivers in the face of his indecision.

Renea pats his arm as she makes her way to her door. "Do not worry about me. You clearly have things to take care of that cannot wait and I will just take a nice long bath before heading to bed. Tonight, has been interesting to say the least." A red blush creeped up her neck onto her cheeks.

Caleb reached a hand up to rub the blush away. He leaned in close to her ear, "maybe next time we can add a little more dessert to our evening adventures." He pulled back and gave her a kiss before turning and leaving her standing there slightly out of breath.

Renea

Renea lingered at the door watching Caleb walk away. She reached her hand to her lips, the tingle from the kiss still driving warmth and wetness to her core. She wasn't sure why Caleb affected her this way. He was unlike any other man she had ever met. Renea turned and walked inside her apartment and went straight for her room. She wanted to get a bath and wash away her feeling of unease from earlier that evening and reflect on what had happened between her and Caleb tonight.

Renea turned the water on in the tub and ran her hand through to check the temperature before dropping a bath bomb into the tub. Once satisfied, she turned to the counter and looking back at herself she saw just how much tonight had affected her.

That man at the party, she thought, something felt off about him. My body screamed for me to run and all I could do was stand there and panic. Stupid me. Why didn't I pay closer attention to what he looked like or even smelled like?Renea closed her eyes.Think Renea, think! Why does this frustrate me so badly? Why did this man make me feel so in danger and alone?

Renea opened her eyes and shook her head sighing. She pushed away from the counter and undressed allowing her dress to hit the floor, and she climbed into the tub sinking up to her neck. It had been one hell of an evening and she wasn't sure what to do or think at this point.

Caleb must think I am a whore just giving it up like I did tonight. I have absolutely no self control around that man. He makes me tingle in places I didn't know I even could.Renea closes her eyes, lost in thoughts of the secret restaurant and what had transpired there.

Renea must have dozed off as she jumped at the sound of her phone's ringtone. The water had not grown cold yet so it couldn't have been more than a few minutes that she was out. Renea climbed out wrapping a towel around her before grabbing her phone off the counter. The text message was from Dita letting her know she wouldn't be home tonight and she hoped that the date was going well. Renea didn't respond and instead dried off and wrapped her robe around her. Heading to the bedroom she looked around sighed and climbed in bed to cuddle her pillows and watch a movie. It wasn’t long and Renea had heavy eyes that closed on their own, leading her into a restless sleep.

The trees whipped by her so fast they were a blur. It was dark and barely any light was released from the moon overhead. It was difficult to see and she wasn't sure why she was running. Something told her to keep running though. Then she spotted it. A small grey rabbit in the underbrush. It zigged and zagged and she felt a thrill as her chase took her in a new direction. This must be why she was running. She was hunting the rabbit. The rabbit was staying just out of her reach as she chased it for what seemed like hours but may have been no more than a few minutes. She lunged and snatched the bunny out of midair as it tried to hop over a fallen tree. Snapping her powerful jaws on the bunny's neck caused instant death for the small creature. Dropping her prey at her paws, she frowned. This wasn't her paws. She was a black panther. Her paws were white. A beautiful white fur. She didn't understand.

Renea sat straight up in the bed panting like she had run a marathon, or like she had just run as the animal in her dreams. Renea glanced around at the dark room unsure of what to think of the dream. She scrubbed her face and went to grab herself a glass of water from the kitchen.

It was morning already she realized, as the beams of light shone through the curtain in the living room. Glancing at the clock on the microwave revealed it was 8:07. Renea groaned and headed back to her room to get dressed.

She decided it was time for a run so threw on some yoga pants and a sports bra with a tank. Lacing up her tennis shoes took only a minute, and throwing her hair up in a ponytail another. Renea grabbed her phone, headphones, and keys tucking them all in her arm pouch she used for running. Once she was ready, she started her music and left the building at a light jog.

Renea jogged down the street heading for the nearby park and its running trails. She made it to the park and ran her usual laps before she came to a stop. Her ears picked up movement to her left.Who would be walking through the wooded area, she thought oddly. She had never seen anyone walking through them before. Most people avoided disturbing the wildlife that lived there. A weird sensation hit her at that moment. The same one from last night at the event. When that man had bumped into her and she felt off.

As a predatory shifter it wasn't in her nature to be a flighty animal. But this feeling she kept having, well it made her want to run to the ends of the earth. Another rustle sounded and she saw a large white tiger step forward from the trees. He was about two hundred yards away, but that was nothing to a powerful shifter. It stopped and stared directly into her eyes. Renea couldn't look away at first. It was like she was mesmerized by the tiger's eyes. It was at that moment the spell was broken and the tiger ran full pelt for her.
